La villa est divisée en 3 logements, elle est entourée d’un jardin paysager et clôturé, le parking est bitumé avec une aire gravillonnée pour jouer à la pétanque. La piscine est commune aux 3 appartements, et chauffée d’avril à septembre. Elle est sécurisée par un abri qui permet de se baigner par tous les temps.
