Holiday houses in Sant'Egidio

My family (there are 5 of 5 were guests of Iolanda for 3 days. The apartment is beautiful, with new furnishings, complete with everything, both wardrobes and services, dishes, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and everything you need in everyday life: bed linen and room, detergents, sponges, clothes pegs, napkins, tablecloths, coffee machine with pods and a welcome for breakfast: croissants, rusks, jams, plum cake and even milk and orange juice. You'll find salt, oil and sugar. Iolanda was helpful and welcoming. The street is noisy and the fixtures are a little dated and not very soundproof, but it was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed it here! Thank you!

Silvio was a great host. He made himself available to check in at a time convenient for us and welcomed us with great kindness. We appreciated that he was present without being intrusive. The house was clean and had all the useful comforts to make our stay as if we were at home. We recommend choosing Silvio's house!!!

Alberto was more than a host; he was a tour guide. Not only did Alberto pick me up and drop me off from the bus stop, (and I arrived at 23:00 and left at 5:30) but he also showed me around the area. He showed me the ocean, cities and towns, a war memorial, famous churches, Perhaps because I was alone, Alberto took time to be with me, buying me coffee and breakfast. When I told Alberto that I came to try to find relatives and information about my grandfather’s birth in Scorciosa, he took me to Scorciosa to help me accomplish my goals. It was perfect! Alberto is an incredible person! I would not have had such an amazing experience if it were not for Alberto!

Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. Thank you Fede!

Wonderful place in the middle of an olive grove. Quiet and cool even in August. Beautiful view! Close to restaurants, beaches and villages to visit. Apartment kept super clean by Rita who took care of us on arrival and departure, gave us good advice on beaches and was always available! Thanks Rita! You're awesome!

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Very nice and pleasant apartment. Perfect location for our tastes: close to the sea but out of the confusion. Very kind host and always available.

Spacious and airy house, in the countryside and in silence, very clean, with everything you need to relax. Also under the porch, in front of the olive trees. Great context - everything is very nice - but what matters most is the welcome of the landlord, Lino, who treats his guests as part of his family. I recommend the cottage and this corner of Abruzzo, the kindness of people, the beautiful sea. Go around random and be surprised, it's worth it
