Definitely recommend this flat,clean,great location just a few blocks from the bus stop which was really handy. Super markets & restaurants around,safe quiet neighborhood, great amenities. 10/10

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Franchement mon expérience au Cap-Vert ne pouvais pas mieux se passer , j’ai beaucoup apprécier le logement et l’hôte toujours là pour nous , il nous a manquée de rien et à aucun moment on s’est senti déranger franchement je recommande

Wir haben uns bei Madilu sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet. Die offene Küche auf der Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, die Lebensmittelläden sind gut erreichbar und das Meer ist vor der Haustür. Cidade Velha ist ein besonder Ort sowie auch die Unterkunft von Madilu. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter

Nana ist eine außergewöhnlich zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und direkt mit einigen wertvollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Das Apartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hell-lichtdurchflutet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Nana war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sogar bei der Buchung eines Mietwagens unterstützt. Wir durften flexibel auschecken, was uns eine lange Wartezeit am Flughafen ersparte. Mit Nana als Ansprechperson fehlt es einem an nichts! Tausend Dank. ❤️

A comunicação com o Gerson foi sempre muito rapida e facil. quando chegamos o T2 que alugamos não estava pronto, pelo que tivemos de passar a primeira noite num t1 e dividir cama. como eramos duas amigas não houve inconveniente, mas teria sido chato se fossemos dois amigos do seco oposto. só tivemos conhecimento desta impossibilidade quando chegamos e no dia seguinte mudamos para o T2 (dando também mais trabalho com malas e organização). o T2 nao tem agua quente.. nao tinha reparado nisto até chegar mas talvez tenha sido eu que nao vi a informação. a intermet não funciona no T2, o que foi bastamte chato já que tinha de trabalhar.... de resto, tudo ok.

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

Spectacular views from the veranda!! Perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and a book. This house was great. We are a large family and there was plenty of space and beds for us all. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, Inira’s house is the perfect retreat from the city. Inira was very responsive during our stay with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again, we truly enjoyed our stay.

La maison est très spacieuse. Nous étions 8 et l'avons louée en entier pour une semaine. Bonne literie, grandes chambres lumineuses avec salle de bains pour chaque. Il n'y a pas de salon mais une cour interieure pour les repas et nous y faisions atelier puisque nous étions à Santiago pour dessiner. le ménage a été fait plusieurs fois, les lits refaits et nos demandes étaient immédiatement suivies d'effet, grâce à Salomé, le contact sur place. Il y a un gardien qui surveille la maison la nuit et s'installe devant la porte. Le quartier est calme et tout se fait à pied. l'adrese est un peu floue car pas de nom de rue, elle est perpendiculaire à la rue Liceu, un peu en dessous du collège. Nous avons demandé à une élève en lui montrant la photo qui est très typique. Quelques points à améliorer : tuyau percé du lave-linge, une bouilloire serait appréciable et l'éclairage un peu chiche dans la cour. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien.

Adoramos o Local, bem calmo e tranquilo, estavamos a precisar de algo assim para comemorar o aniversário de Casamento, e foi tudo mágico adoramos. Um local excelente para quem procura relaxar e privacidade. O atendimento foi Impecável.

Un dépaysement garanti ! Vue sur les collines, avec un décors magnifique où vit Ja et sa formidable famille. Une expérience très riche qui nous rappelle comme nous pouvons vivre de façon simple et prendre du plaisir lorsque nous sommes entourés des bonnes personnes. Chez Ja, la vie est également rythmée par le chant des animaux : coqs, vaches. Pour ceux qui aiment la ferme et la nature, vous y trouverez certainement votre plaisir ! Nous avons eu la chance de goûter à la très bonne cuisine de Ja et même de faire ensemble le couscous traditionnel cap-verdien !
