This is the first time I have used the Airbnb app. It was easy to use my super host Ismael was there as soon as I booked my reservation . He always made sure everything was going well each day. The description of the property is exactly what the host describes and more. I look forward to my next trip to Monterrey . We came to visit our brother in Monterey for the week. We needed a pool for the kids and this spot was awesome. It was so much nicer in person than in the pictures. The pool and the views were amazing. It looks like it’s just being built or remodeled I look forward to coming back and seeing it once it’s all finished

Amazing place! Came to town for research purposes and it was the perfect spot to work, conduct interviews and meet with friends in the surrounding areas. The apartment had all I needed and the building had great amenities. Very safe overall. Want to come back already.

Fully in line with the description in the ad. The apartment has an excellent view, it is very quiet and the area is very nice, well worth the price paid. Victor was always attentive to our requirements and usually answered quickly, there was very good interaction.

The apartment is clean and pleasant, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a room with plenty of natural light, well air-conditioned, a comfortable bed and a desk to work with your own laptop. About 5-7 minutes' walk from a subway station, it is very easy to get to other areas of the city connected to the subway. It comes with a subway card that can be recharged and used. The owner, Mr. Hugo Cantú, deserves to be mentioned especially, because he is really friendly and always available for any problem or help that is needed, he does his best to support the guests, and I would say that he is the best host I have found of the many Airbnbs where I have stayed in the world. The only thing I liked very little was the area, full of factories, noisy, extremely polluted and dirty in the street. During my two-month stay, there was almost constantly a very unpleasant industrial smell outside, which at times entered the house, as well as very annoying noises.

Comfortable, nice, adaptable, super good location , Alejandra was always in communication and guiding us with tips on places to visit and eat, definitely highly recommended

Very nice apartment, just like in the pictures. The area is very quiet with many restaurants and squares nearby. We look forward to returning soon.

The place is very nice, as shown in the photos, in a very nice area and with many amenities. Very clean, tidy, and with a spectacular view. The host was very attentive to everything and gave us clear and precise instructions, we had no problems. He was very flexible with the check-out time as we had 3 children and he helped us to check out a little later. We loved it and would definitely stay again! Thank you for everything.

The stay was very good and the instructions to access were very clear, Gabriel allowed us to arrive a little before check-in time. The place is very close to the center and tourist places of Monterrey and can be reached by walking. I would stay here again without thinking about it.

The place is more than comfortable and impeccable besides that the hosts are more than friendly and in addition to that we were left inside the room many amenities that you only find in 5 star hotels was very good to my liking that room is more than satisfied

Excellent location (steps from a HEB and Rufino Tamayo Park. Excellent amenities, with weather in each room, excellent for short stays and not so short. Excellent communication and attention. I certainly recommend and would come back again.
