Completely renovated in May 2023 with an elegant and modern style. We want to be a second home for those seeking to disconnect in an idyllic setting that unites the sea and mountains. Nice house with garden 400 meters from the center, a three-minute walk from the restaurant and shopping area. Very quiet and peaceful area, easy to park. 10 minutes by car to the beaches, including Las Catedrales. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two single beds. On the ground floor is the living room, a toilet and the kitchen, with access to the garden that surrounds the house, it is private and is totally enclosed.
