Holiday rentals with a sauna in Santo André

Everything was perfect, perfect accommodations, clean clothes. The very attentive host. Returning to São Paulo, I will stay in the same place.

I felt at home, especially because of the items available in the apartment, from the basics to the little things of everyday life, I found it very complete. We stayed in 4, two children and two adults. The children slept on the sofa bed, which is very comfortable. The location is one of the strong points, easily accessible, safe, and close to a butcher shop, restaurants, market, and shops in general. It is two blocks from the Ipiranga Municipal Market. Aline's service was excellent, she always responded quickly. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

I thought it was really nice. It has necessary kitchen utensils, coffee maker, coffee powder, sugar, chocolate, tea. There was already a bottle of water in the fridge. Things that I found very useful upon my arrival. Very clean and organized environment, exactly as in the photo. Small treats like candies, chocolates and a welcome message!!! There is a grocery store in the building. Great location. Staff I had contact with: very helpful and polite!!! Anyway, as soon as I need it, I'll go back to the same place! Thanks!!!

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

I loved my stay, the owners always form very kind in communication. They always responded quickly and helped me.. I'm a pcd person and that made a total difference for me! Besides the trimming is super functional, comfortable and beautiful! Around there are very interesting markets and good restaurants too!

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were helpful whenever we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

The stay at the studio met all expectations. We chose the site due to the proximity of the north expo center, but I was extremely pleased with the conditions of the site. Pictures consistent with the apartment, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen, clean and organized bathroom, great shower. The living room sofa is a bit small, but I understand that it is due to the size restriction of the place, so nothing to complain about. We had a small mishap with the water supply in the studio. But it was a general problem of the building, and Andreia was extremely requested to evaluate the solution and provide us with many updates of the situation. If we had the opportunity, we would be staying with Andreia again. I highly recommend!!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.

The accommodation is the same as in the pictures, this beautiful apartment is located in the downtown area, close to many tourist areas, and it also has transportation nearby. It's very nice and pleasant, the apartment is very good. Highly recommended.

We were very well received, the place is beautiful and quiet, nor does it seem like it is in são paulo kkk. Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The house is delicious, better than in the photos. There is a lot of tranquility, comfort and peace in the residence. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the bed and bath linens are fragrant. We had a wonderful weekend. The hosts were receptive and helped us with local recommendations. We love it! I hope to come back again and again.

I was looking for an intimate place to make a baby shower and consulted Patricia about the possibility of doing it in her space. She accepted and we had a great experience at the place, which accommodated the tables and guests well! We just missed an oven (to heat food) and a water filter.
