I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and ensuring that I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift, and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

It was good the stay! I took my children and despite the building not having a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a feeding chair, a pigsty, a dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swab. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

Iron is extremely kind and attentive. His studio is very clean, and very cozy. It is close to the subway and has a place to park the car almost in front. Aguiar Bakery with great breakfast nearby. A Estádia was excellent!

Eli was super proactive, very friendly and the accommodation was impeccable, everything clean and fragrant, I highly recommend it. We felt at our disposal. I will definitely come back other times, thank you Eli.

Sensational apartment. The beautiful landscape 😻 all neatly organized , clean and smelling towels, the wonderful shower. Everything in the photo is real. I loved it for sure I will be back again. The countryside is still better in person than in the picture. I'll be back, even more.

Cozy apartment, great location. Nearby bars and restaurants, you can move around on foot. I was greeted by Álvaro, very kind, and gave us relevant information about the location and the surroundings. I recommend it.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, just like in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality bedding. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Great location, with easy access to the subway, restaurant and all the necessary conveniences to stay for a season. It has a daily cleaning service, making your stay much easier. Paulo was an excellent host, quick and clear in his responses. I will definitely be back.

The apartment's location is great, close to the Brooklyn subway. Renatta is super attentive and the apartment met our expectations. I've stayed there before when I go to São Paulo for work. Oh, the hair dryer is great and saves space in the woman's suitcase. I highly recommend it!

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Excellent studio, exactly as in the pictures, very well adapted and clean, making the stay comfortable and cozy. Strict security routine in the building, which made me very quiet, as I was alone with my daughter and this was a mega positive point for me. Agile and quiet check in with polite and qualified staff. Quick and easy access to the garage. The kitchen is complete, organized and functional. Extremely comfortable bed. Delicious shower. Cooling air conditioning. Everything works perfectly. I did not use the other common areas, but I believe them to be excellent, as well as everything in the building. Fernanda was a love... super polite, attentive and helpful. I missed the indirect lighting in the environments, which were present in the photos, but this factor in nothing hindered my stay or diminished my enchantment for the property. For sure this studio will always be my first booking option with every return to São Paulo. I thank you for everything!!
