I've stayed at Chris's apartment multiple times, and it's always been a great experience. The location is perfect—just minutes from the Colonial Zone, great restaurants, nightlife, and museums. Chris is a fantastic host who always checks in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great location for easy access to old town. Very safe and secure location with good view of river and old town. Comfortable, local convenient places to eat. Pizza place well worth a visit. Just as the pictures show and a great place to explore Santo Domingo from.

I stayed at this air bnb for 3 weeks and I can honestly say I felt like I was at home. It was so clean when I got there, he made the access to the apartment easy and safe. His generosity, communication and attention was above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Dominican Republic. We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is large and was clean and you have everything you need. The location is unbeatable. You are super close to the Zona Colonial and can walk to many attractions. A large supermarket (Sirena) is also very close. The host was also very kind and quick to respond to questions. Spacious and beautiful apartment, with all the amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. With good parking and security at all hours. The area is very quiet, clean and close to everything. The esplanade is close by for a walk. Orlando accommodated us with some requests that we had in a comprehensive, flexible and friendly way. He was very respectful and helpful. The private property with two very comfortable rooms was perfect for my stay. The location is excellent, as it is right across from UASD University, and there is a La Sirena supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The apartment itself is impeccably clean, with a warm, historic ambiance that reflects the rich heritage of the neighborhood. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful—making check-in seamless and my stay effortless. You truly couldn’t ask for a better location—close to every major site, cafe, and cultural spot, yet serene and private enough to unwind in total peace. I've stayed in many places, but this one stands out. There isn't a better place to stay in the Colonial Zone, and I’m already looking forward to rebooking very soon. Highly recommended!

Me and my much better half have stayed at Yaimel’s apartments a few times now and it’s always been a great experience. We just stayed for 10 days and everything was as good as advertised. Yaimel and Ana are very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant experience. The 24 hour front desk staff are very pleasant and always willing to assist. The neighborhood is also really cool with many hidden gems to have a great cocktail and a nice meal. Looking forward to our next visit. Also a great place to stay if you’re working remotely!
