The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Torre Branca Apartment is situated in the small, quiet village of Torre, Salir de Matos, Silver Coast, only 50 minutes from Lisbon. Please note: we are currently required to charge a tourist tax, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. At the time of booking, an average amount of €6 per person is charged, which can be up to €11. The adjustment will be made at check-in.

In Ribamar, Ericeira's World Surf Reserve, is this house of traditional architecture. There are two floors, with a dining area, kitchen and a seating area. At the bottom, there is also a bathroom with a large shower and a sunny patio, with a fountain and dining table. On the first floor, there is a living area with a single bed, two double bedrooms and a closed balcony with sea view. Refurbished in 2020, equipped with wi-fi, cable TV, appliances, towels and bedding.
