Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. A beautiful apartment where you immediately feel at home. Federico is a very friendly host and gave us valuable tips about the area, restaurants, etc. Check-in was very straightforward and you get all the instructions in advance.

Stay that far exceeded our expectations. Three floors to climb without an elevator, but when you open the door of the apartment, WOW the view!!!!!!! Splendid, magnificent. The apartment is a beautiful size with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness!!! Marco was responsive and gave us addresses. At that time, not much was open, life was mainly in Sanremo. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk away We made a wonderful discovery while walking. I recommend visiting the old Bussana. A ruined village where artists have taken up residence. Beautiful cedar with a very nice view. We recommend the little restaurant at the entrance to the old village where you need extra tender charcoal-grilled meat!!!! Wonderful experience in Sanremo in this impeccable apartment in Paola. On-site contact with Stefania super easy and accommodating, helpful and full of good advice. Very clean apartment, super well located and secure, decorated with great taste and care. We didn't miss a thing. If our path takes us back here one day to Sanremo, it is undoubtedly here at Paola's place that we would come back because it feels like home. Thanks again for hosting.

We were super happy with our stay in this apartment in Sanremo! The place is bright, modern, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a top location – just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet side street, so we could really relax. The apartment is also very central, with lots of great restaurants and shopping options just around the corner. Our hosts, Sylvia and Massimo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available and supported us with any questions we had – truly wonderful hosts! We had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely love to come back. This apartment is highly recommended!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is excellent because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

We had an incredible time staying at Alex’s place! The location was great and the view was breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views, walkable to town with tons of shopping and restaurants, very peaceful and quiet at night

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Our stay was really nice. Ms. Sara and her father, Mr. Mario had thought of everything for our stay. Sweet treats, a tidy house, clean towels and linens, a beautiful and useful patio, everything was very good and as described. Especially for those who will go with a small child like us, the porch is both safe and very enjoyable. They were also very helpful at the entrance and explained everything in detail. Thank you very much again, you can stay with peace of mind.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
