This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Dine at exceptional family-owned restaurants, browse through the local markets, and go for a hike or bike ride through the valleys. you have a park for your car, in 20 mintes you arrive on the Adriatic sea beaches, in 30 minutes you can arrive on the Ionico sea beaches.

We found this villa truly breathtaking – whether it was the lovely seating area with a fireplace surrounded by wildflowers, the spacious pool area, or the tastefully equipped villa itself. It’s ideal for four people, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped. Colleen was super helpful throughout our entire stay and welcomed us with some local delicacies - super nice! We really enjoyed the private location. Overall, it was simply beautiful!

An absolute dream! The value for money is unbeatable - here you get a real Italian feeling. The surroundings are beautiful, authentic and simply perfect for switching off. Aleandro was the absolute highlight: He welcomed us warmly, was super spontaneous, always available and really gave everything to make us feel comfortable. The accommodation itself offers everything you need - a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a fantastic pool and the whole thing in a fantastic location. If you love Italy, you will be absolutely happy here. 100% recommendation – we are guaranteed to come back!

Wish we had booked for longer! We stayed in this modern Tulle-type structure out in the countryside, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. It was absolutely gorgeous! Sauna and pool were gorgeous. Close by to local restaurants and supermarkets. Best to have a rental car. Only a short drive to major attractions and beaches. I went for a run and It felt like running through a fairytale landscape.

Masseria Helianthus is one of the most beautiful and unique homes I have stayed in and I highly recommend it!! Mariella is an incredibly warm and helpful host who goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests have a wonderful experience. She was very accommodating when our arrival was delayed and met us at the house to show us around. She also gave us fantastic recommendations for dinner, aperitivo and beaches in the area. The house was very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished with a fully supplied kitchen where we cooked several meals. The limestone keeps the house cool even when it is very hot out. The huge outdoor space is amazing with beautiful views of the surrounding fields and vineyards, and I loved reading in the hammock! The location is peaceful and a short drive from many beautiful towns and beaches. We had an amazing first visit to Puglia and can't wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you Mariella!
