Kitchen with windows to the garden, with all the equipment you want to use (dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, washing and drying machine, refrigerator etc.) Bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rails. Spacious room with window to the garden, with large double bed, comfortable mattress, closets, Large spaces between the various divisions is available. The floor, all wood, is heated when needed as well as cooling by the ceiling. The whole apartment is yours exclusively. The garden is not individual Accessible for wheelchairs. The flat its located on a very tradicional and beautifull quarter and there you will feel that you are leaving like a local "Lisboeta". The flat its bright and as a view on Tagus river and above a traditional street with Portuguese sidewalk. Its equiped with wifi, air conditioning some cable channels. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. We try hard to have a competitive price and we have to consider the laundry and cleaning, please use only the beds, and towels strictly necessary. The neighbors are old, friendly, and most of them wake very early, please avoid to make noise between 23:00 and 07:00. When getting in and out of the building ,please make sure you close the downstairs door and do it smoothly. We are here to help you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. This dazzling loft with roof top terrace is definitely the place to be, the place to stay for its privileged location. On the 3rd floor, with no elevator, the presence of beams in the sitting area add charm but can be inconvenient for very tall persons!
