Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santpoort-Noord

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pieter’s place. At first we were hoping to stay in central Amsterdam but this was one of the few places we could find that could fit our group size and we ended up loving Haarlem and it was incredibly easy to get to central Amsterdam when needed. Furthermore, we requested an early check-in and Pieter was very responsive and accommodating to making that happen for us. Overall, would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

Everything is great, nice cozy accommodation. Very rustic and close to nature, a beautiful wooden cottage. Thanks to Astrid for the nice stay.

The tiny house is thoughtfully designed and has everything you’ll need during your stay in Haarlem. Bas was a communicative host and made sure that I felt right at home.

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

good communication with Reinie from the start. Guest house even more beautiful than the photos show. Very warm welcome and upon arrival there was a surprising treat ready. I had a few nice days and immediately booked for next year.

We had a lovely time staying here! The apartment is clean, homey and well furnished with its own side entrance, so it's very private from the rest of the building. The beach, restaurants etc. are only a 5 min walk away. Masha was very communicative which made our stay absolutely stress-free. The self check-in/out was really simple. Trudy's place was everything we expected and more. The location was quiet and private while a short walk to the central train station and from there, a quick ride into Central Amsterdam. We found the apartment spotless and comfortable in every way and our hosts were as gracious and accommodating ad we could have hoped for. If we have the opportunity to stay in Haarlem in the future, we will look forward to staying at Trudy's place.

Over the weekend, a friend and I booked the Airbnb and I have to say, our stay was fantastic. The accommodation is located in a beautiful and very idyllic area. Despite the short stay, we were able to relax a lot. We rode the bicycles, which can be rented on site, to the neighboring city of "Leiden". A super nice city with many shopping opportunities. Lovely place to stay. House as described, very cute and cosy. Very close to bus stop where from you can easily reach Amsterdam city centre. Very good contact with host.

Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. I slept super in the comfortable bed, the surroundings were quiet. The stairs to the apartment are steep, but no problem, just a little unusual on the first day. I was greeted by a real person at the house and spoiled with small goodies. Conclusion: I felt welcome and absolutely comfortable. I was very happy to be a guest at Charlotte's and would be happy to come back anytime. A clear recommendation for the apartment and Utrecht as a city.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!
