I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking lot also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very peaceful and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked side by side, avoiding unwanted doors. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos, the location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the building there is a supermarket and a bakery, you can walk to the Dengo factory. I found the apartment to be ideal for 1 person, a charming and cozy little corner, full of beautiful details that together create a perfect external harmony, and therefore also internal. I was in need of this, of this acceptance. And it wasn't just the apartment itself; Lilian is also a wonderful and welcoming person, and she really is; and not to earn points with Air Bnb. I had several situations where this characteristic was evident and this was a breath in the soul. The kitchen utensils were one of the best I've seen on Airbnb in all these years that I've used Airbnb a lot, if not the best. Literally new and high-quality pots (which for those who care about health, this is essential but unfortunately not all offer it), and all the other items, in short, it's the kitchen I have in my house and this is rare to see in Air Bnbs out there. Gratitude, Lilian, and gratitude also to Toninha who was not only available for daily cleaning but to help me with anything I needed.

Hi! I loved the space of the stay, it's really wonderful. The apartment is great, super well located and very clean. Bia was perfect from start to finish: super solicitous, thoughtful and organized. We had an issue with another rental and we were able to book with it super fast, which saved our trip! She left everything right in the area and also gave several tips of cool places to know.
