Great period that I was at the site (more than 1 month) , as the house is in the back there is not the noise of the street, which is very good! The garage is automatic , which makes it easy to get in and out for those who have a car. Mr. Bruno uses the garage to mess with some cars, as I left too early and arrived very late, I had no problems with it. Region with close commerce, square, fast lava, gym, market, pharmacy, etc. local home office and or study well-equipped with internet 💯 Dona Anitta was exceptional!!! Rural helped me a lot!!! From the coffee shop to a day that helped me with an umbrella, helped me with the washed clothes, and berries. All this additional, that is, it has no obligation to do and does so willingly. Saudade da Patrícia (cachorra) which from the day I arrived until the last day when I saw myself jumped into me… kkk

The space is exactly as in the photos: spacious, with a super charming industrial vibe! The service was excellent, Marcelo was very quick and attentive in all responses. The outdoor fireplace was a different and very pleasant experience, which made all the difference in the stay. We will definitely come back another time! ✨♥️

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

I had an excellent experience staying at Alice's apartment. Besides being new, the building is very well located, close to several points of interest in the city. The apartment has a very beautiful decor, was impeccably clean, and has the ideal size and amenities for a pleasant stay. The highlight is the incredible view of the city. I liked it a lot. I'll be back for sure.

The house has a wonderful balcony. Everything is very clean. And Maria Fernanda responds super fast and is super attentive. The only thing was that the 2 pools were under maintenance. The heated one and the one on the 27th floor. I was sad I didn't use them. I couldn't connect the Netflix and YouTube channels to the TV in the house. Other great things! I'd come back again! Close to the airport, too! (Maximum 15 min!)

It was a great stay The apartment is according to description and photos. The environment was clean and organized. They responded quickly and were helpful whenever we needed them. The only point I would like to point out is about the jacuzzi that was forming bubbles and dirt margins even before we used it.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Our stay at Mr. Rodrigo’s apartment was truly enjoyable. The apartment is clean, beautifully designed, and provided a comfortable environment for me, my wife, and our little daughter. Mr. Rodrigo was exceptionally polite and well-mannered. His hospitality made a big difference, especially since this was our first visit to Brazil. He went out of his way to help us by suggesting nearby essential services such as malls and parks, which made our stay much more convenient. The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅
