Great for BBQ, sunbathing, relaxing in the bathtub, the kitchen has everything you need, the room has air conditioning. It has a very complete market on the corner. The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

I can tell you that I found my little corner in my trips to SP! The AP is comfortable... it accommodated very well, we are a couple with 2 children! The building is secure and the AP is very well equipped! Communication was always very easy with the team!

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

It has virtually all the amenities expected in a house, providing a comfortable and practical stay. I went to a Guilherme Machado training, and it was great, I just needed a car to get to and from the airport. Clean, pleasant environment, very helpful and polite hotel staff. If the training is in the same place next year, I will definitely stay with Vera again!

Hi! I loved the space of the stay, it's really wonderful. The apartment is great, super well located and very clean. Bia was perfect from start to finish: super solicitous, thoughtful and organized. We had an issue with another rental and we were able to book with it super fast, which saved our trip! She left everything right in the area and also gave several tips of cool places to know. It was all amazing, really. I will definitely rent with her again!
