great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

We spent 3 nights in the family, Sr Eval was very attentive and careful, gave all the precise guidelines, the house is spacious, welcomes a large family, the sea view is a spectacle from sunrise to sunset, in addition to the sun, sea, breeze we could enjoy large vessels passing through the canal, we have no complaints! were perfect days. to market and bakery needs to go by car, there is no trade nearby, this is the least. all the rest compensates.

We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

Great space for the family, good beds, air-conditioning in all the rooms, many kitchen utensils. City Council has no swimsuit, no face towel, a point that could improve, at least in the matter of offering a face towel. The place is very nice and if you are in São Chico again it would be again in the Anelise space.

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! My family and I, including my dog, were well received in Santiago's space. The house matches the photos in the listing, it is well equipped with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels. Santiago responded to my messages quickly and kindly let us check in early. The neighborhood is quiet, I recommend it for those looking to rest. I recommend going by car to see the surroundings and the other side of the bay, crossing by ferry.

I have no words for the house! True to the ad, even better. We were surprised by the site, a 2 min walk to the best part of the beach, a fully equipped house, all very clean and well taken care of. Kitchen with everything you need, extremely clean linens and bathrooms. Not to mention Viviani, what a wonderful human being, of light.
