The teacara was the first in São João that we really felt we could spend several days without problems. well-equipped kitchen, several tvs, various places to relax and enjoy. The windows have a screen for insect protection. The pool was impeccable, we were told that they use ozone, an expensive treatment but leaves the water transparent, wonderful to swim. Points worth commenting on: there are dogs but they don't bother. There are other animals also such as chickens and fish, a homemade will feed them twice a day. You will be responsible for taking the trash from the brass in the trash can that is at a distance that has to be traveled by car, this may mainly bother the risk of the bag sticking and leaking into the trunk.

The Du helped us throughout the stay being always available, we were surprised by the house. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

The house is really very good, in a great private location for those who want to rest. Everything is simple and rustic. The antique decorative items filled us with nostalgia. We took our dog and he had a lot of fun in the yard. The house has all the utensils, we didn't miss anything! Leonardo is very attentive and helpful, he gave us tips about the region. Anyway, it was really worth it and we hope to return soon.

Caio's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need. You can really feel at home. The elevator is right next to it, so you don't even have to walk much to access the outside of the condominium. And this one, in turn, dismisses comment. Second time staying, all amazing. In addition to the wonderful structure, on commemorative dates, it has several leisure activities (e.g., at Easter, egg hunting with children). The condominium team is rated 10 and Caio was very attentive, answered all my questions, quickly. I highly recommend it.
