Parfait pour un voyage en famille avec 3 chambres et une très belle surprise avec une mezzanine très lumineuse afin de profiter de bon moment, cela permet aussi d’avoir un coin TV pour ceux qui le souhaite. Petit piscine agréable mais non chauffé à prendre en considération. 2 salles d’eau très agréable en famille et un chambre un peu séparée pour les enfants. Très bon accueil et conseil de la propriétaire. Proche de Sintra et de l’océan avec une vraie tranquillité. Je recommande

We are locals and rented Mariana's place while we put the finishing touches into our new home which was delayed. Mariana was extremely helpful and understanding with our shifting check in and check out requirements given constant changes with mover and builder schedules. Mariana was so friendly and responsive. She sent us wonderful information to make the most of the area. Since we live here we didn't need it, but anyone coming for a visit will get the best of the best of the local experience. The house was perfect. Great location, great distribution. Great light. The pool was refreshing fun. Everything better than in the pictures and the description. If we ever need to refer anyone to a place to stay in Colares, Mariana's place will be top of the list. Highly recommended....and I have stayed in many Airbnbs all over the world.

I rented this house for my parents when they were in town for a visit -- it's a great space with an amazing view and they loved it. The kitchen and dining area was great to join them for dinner and if we had planned ahead more we definitely would've taken advantage of the bbq grill in the garden!

Very well designed place .. it’s a very quiet and private newly renovated house .. someone put a lot of thought into the architecture and design of every detail .. agent was very easy to communicate with .. everything was perfect

We loved our stay at this beach and water side home. It was so lovely to enjoy the sunrise and sunset out the many windows each day. The kitchen was great and we cooked two meals at the house. The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable for the three of us who were visiting. Carolina was very easy to reach and treated us so kindly. We will return and recommend this home!

Christina was extremely helpful and an excellent host. As a superhost myself, I would absolutely rate this place a 5 star. Her level of communication was excellent providing us with a driver and great local recommendations. I highly recommend having a hired driver while visiting the area if you want to travel outside the square.

Maria was an excellent host. Gave us clear instructions. Kind enough to bring us a loaf of bread upon arrival. Apartment was located in the countryside, beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and decorated tastefully .

Having Pedro meet us at the house and show us around and give us a list of recommendations was invaluable. The house is well appointed with beautiful gardens and a lovely outdoor area. It was a great central location for all of the things on our to do list. A stay at Ana and Pedro’s home will not disappoint.

Mario and his place were fantastic!! The location was great, with easy access to the sights and the metro. Mario was super helpful and responsive. Absolutely loved my stay at his place. Would definitely stay there again!!

Charming and peaceful.Elio was very friendly and helpful to us and spoke very good English which helped since we do not have much Portuguese. The cottage was lovely and the surrounding countryside stunning. We enjoyed the pool and also the little plunge pool just outside our front door.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de woning van Lenita. Het is een mooie plek om een aantal nachten door te brengen. Er zijn mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving, de supermarkt ligt om de hoek. De tuin is een rustige en groene oase midden in een stedelijke omgeving, heel bijzonder.

Beautifully renovated and decorated house in a very traditional village/small town. The garden with its cooling pool and dining/chilling area was equally beautifully presented as per listing. Although a car is needed to visit the area and for restaurants etc, Casa Arnaldo is in a great location for exploring the area including fantastic beaches, vineyards and historical sites, which Cristina informed us about providing plenty of useful information to make the most of our stay.

Le site correspondait exactement à ce que nous cherchions. Très calme, vue magnifique, belle et grande terrasse. Pour trouver de l'animation (en mai) il faut prendre la voiture, pour les courses également, c'est un choix...

If you are planning on exploring Sintra with its beautiful sites, look no further. Guy’s house is amazing - the pictures don’t do it justice! It is bigger than we expected from the pictures and is nestled in a beautiful lush garden. Our kids (8-11) enjoyed exploring every corner of the garden and we found it to be the perfect spot for a day trip to Sintra. We took our car to a parking lot in town (10 min from the house) and then took the bus to get to the different castles. Guy and Soraia were very communicative and helpful (eg with restaurant recommendations). Highly recommend staying at their place!

An unforgettable week in your holiday home Our week in your holiday home was truly a dream. The panoramic view over the ocean and the beach was breathtaking , waking up to that view every morning was pure magic. What made the stay extra special were the small observations that coloured local life. It was fascinating to see how people enthusiastically took selfies at the most beautiful places. It was also impressive to see how suppliers brought their products down the steep stairs – a true art in itself. The balcony was a true paradise: spacious, comfortable and with a view that invited us to enjoy the surroundings for hours. Although we noticed the musty air in the bedroom, we accepted this. With the tips we received to regulate the humidity, we were able to further optimise our stay. A fan for the night would be a welcome addition to improve the air circulation. Highly recommend Filipe’s Airbnb! Situated just outside of Ericeira and easy to get there via car, taxi and I think there’s also a bus. The Airbnb is just a short walk down to the beach where there’s a small bar and cafe. Also it has a surf school which is much less busy than the ones in Ericeira. The house itself is just a perfect place to relax, there is loads of space outside the house to sunbath or sit out for dinner. Filipe is a brilliant host, he helped us with everything we needed and let us know the area and things to do. He also has two amazing dogs that love some fuss. Overall we couldn’t recommend Filipe and his Airbnb enough. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely stay again.

The place is very cute and the beach and how open and undeveloped the beach was is unlike anywhere else. We did three days of surf lessons from Caeser who is literally 100ft from the house down the beach and there is surfing right out your front door with board and wetsuit rentals.. The town itself is a little bleak and there wasn't much to do and we found if the weather was bad restaurants close very early (like 6pm) so just make sure to find out times if you are planning on eating out for dinner. Our family of four was in love (2 boys ages 7 and 10) but my in laws came too who are in their early 80s. I clearly wasn't thinking bc the walk to the house is through the sand and hard to navigate, my mother in law also couldn't get over the sand dune to go to the beach, and the stairs in the house are more like a ladder. so it's wonderful for able bodies but if you have someone with special needs it may not be suitable. but otherwise if you love surfing, beautiful sunsets book it!

Loved everything about this air BnB. Celso had thought of absolutely everything, probably the most well equipped air BnB we’ve ever stayed in. To wake up in the dunes and watch sunset from them was such a treat - hope to return again soon! Recommend avoiding heavy luggage and packing smaller overnight bags to make it easy getting from the car park to the air BnB. Would also recommend princesa beach club for lunch nearby, had a great day here.

Great location in the city center, meters away from the cliffs and beaches. Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Nice rooftop terrace with a seaview. As the apartment is over busy bars, one of the room on that side gets really noisy during the night. Earplugs might not be enough for light sleepers.
