A simple, but impeccable and cozy little house! We found everything mto clean. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite. Everything is very clean, with bed and bath linens available. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything available for our stay. We were greeted with a bagel and fruit! We feel very welcome. I recommend and intend to come back!

Simply charming the Ana space, we love everything! Extremely clean and fragrant, airy and illuminated, a privileged view, all new and well taken care of, so we found the apartment for our stay. Our stay couldn't be more quiet and enjoyable. We ate our meals on the balcony, watching birds and the beauty of the churches. The location is great, we did everything on foot as it is close to all the historical points of interest. Ana was extremely kind and attentive, even before the lodging, answering my questions promptly. It was always available and was very friendly and requests during the check-in, including making it more flexible. We only have gratitude for her, and for everyone we find in this lodging. The apartment is well located, next to an avenue with various types of commercial establishments and also to the bus stops of the lines that go to Tiradentes, ideal for those who want to use public transport. The space corresponds exactly to what was announced: it is spacious, it was clean and served us well. Rafael was very polite, helpful and always responded quickly. I recommend it!

I strongly recommend staying at Sobrado du Carmo. I found the property clean, with minimalist and tasteful decoration, bed and bath linen in great condition. Débora is very nice, kind. The Sobrado is in the heart of the historic center. It's a delight!
