Free view both front and side, being well lit and naturally ventilated. The location is excellent, the beach of São José da Coroa Grande has many natural pools, with calm sea. The municipality is next to Maragogi and Tamandaré (where Carneiros Beach is located). Access is easy and quiet, and the region has shopping facilities and tourist tours can be arranged. There is a double bed and, if there are 2 more guests, mattresses or hammocks are also available.

Describing my house as standing in the sand doesn't sit well. Well, the house is pretty watery. I like to receive well and so the house was prepared with all comfort and affection for all of you. A casa fica a 1,5km do centro e 350mts da praia, próximo a Marina Mangue Seco (Marina do Bira), local tranquilo e agradável, praia de águas tranquilas com um rio a esquerda, após o rio tem uma praia paradisíaca pouco conhecida, Gravatá. Entire house. Next to the sea, in the city center.

I spent the New Year's Eve in the house and I really enjoyed the stay. The location is super close to the beach and various services, the house is beautiful and offers the amenities for good lodging. De Extra still had a super loaded hose that gave us fruit every day to snack. Because it was located very close to the center and the beach, there was always a lot of flow of people and cars generating noise... but I believe that this was mainly due to the festive occasion, there was no way to be different. I recommend this accommodation.

I will certainly return, the hostess is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment has absolutely everything for 5 people to spend wonderful days, everything clean, organized, air conditioning freezing, fan working properly, clothesline to hang clothes, blackout in all windows, perfect window acoustics because there were shows at the front and it didn't bother us to sleep, accessories and pots for you to make your own food. The location: close to everything: Banco do Brasil in front, Bradesco on the corner of the building, covered parking, accessibility to the building, not to mention markets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, snack bars and the best: close to the sea, and the quiet beach for bathing. Too bad the maximum score is 5 stars, I would give more for sure!

Excellent stay at the place, André kept in contact with me from before the trip until the last minute of departure. We provide all the comforts and much more. The place was spotless, neat in an excellent neighborhood. The place is beautiful, with ocean views. If you are looking to relax it is the right place. Even better than it is in the middle of all the best beaches in the area, restaurants and shopping areas!! I recommend it a thousand times.
