Isabelle is an excellent host. Reply quickly and kindly helped us with some demands. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for the preparation of meals. It is close to beautiful beaches and markets. I recommend and would come back again.

The space is like in the photos, it accommodates 3 people peacefully. Bed is wonderful, clean linens and bathrooms. Very close to the beach and the city center (about 2 blocks) and also very close to Praia de Antunes - AL (10/15 minutes by car). We like it very much! I recommend it!

Excellent apartment, very cozy and organized, we felt at home, a place with beautiful beaches and Dona Lourdes was very attentive, we will return at the end of the year and we will stay with her again.

Everything was great, new building with all the necessary amenities to enjoy maragogi. Both rooms with air conditioning, internet ok and smart tv. The closest beach is very beautiful. What could improve is the quality of the water that comes very yellowish and seems to be common in the region.

We had a very nice stay there! The place was clean and comfortable to stay in. It was very close to the beach which was really nice. It was generally a peaceful area and we enjoyed staying there. Only downside was that the nearest village is about a 30 minute walk, we didn’t have a car so that was a little difficult but also a nice chance to see the surrounding area. Nina was really flexible and her friend who helped us was very nice and communicative. Definitely recommend!

I spent the New Year's Eve in the house and I really enjoyed the stay. The location is super close to the beach and various services, the house is beautiful and offers the amenities for good lodging. De Extra still had a super loaded hose that gave us fruit every day to snack. Because it was located very close to the center and the beach, there was always a lot of flow of people and cars generating noise... but I believe that this was mainly due to the festive occasion, there was no way to be different. I recommend this accommodation.

Fernanda very attentive together with her parents , the house and wonderful , very cozy , everything worked perfectly in the kitchen , clean and working air conditioned, house was clean , our family was very well received by Fernanda and her parents , whenever we needed they were ready to attend . The house is very comfortable, spacious and organized. Everything was clean, the essentials needed for a good stay are complete and the host and his wife are kind and solicitous. Although the path that gives access to the condominium where the house is located is still not good enough, because it is under construction which makes it a little distant from the main track, it was a good experience. The closest beach to the house is not so good for bathing, but it has great beaches nearby and the city center of São José is also not far away. Would recommend!

The stay was great, everything was very close to the place, my family had a great time, everyone was able to rest well, the beach is practically in front, Vila Padre Arlindo very close could walk, and the markets were very close too, in addition to the restaurants very close, and the wonderful sheep beach.. highly recommend!!

Josefa, I was responding super fast. Gentle and flexible upon arrival and departure. The apartment is just like the photos, big and with a wonderful fence (closed the living room door and no one hears anything from the outside) The air-condition in the suite was not cooling, but with the door open and the air-condition in the living room slept smoothly. A street before the beach, next to restaurants and markets Voltaria!

We had a very pleasant stay in the house, which is exactly as described in the ad: foot in the sand, facing the sea, with good facilities and well equipped. All necessary utensils were available, and the house was delivered with everything in order, including bedding and other items for guest comfort. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always available to ask questions and offer assistance when needed. There was a small misunderstanding, as due to the check-in time, we did not perform a detailed check on all the items in the house together. This raised a question about the state of an item, but the host was cordial and everything was resolved peacefully. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I recommend both the host and the property to those looking for a quiet, well-located stay.
