Amazing central apartment on the ground floor of a modern but historic building (totally rebuild in May 2016). Full of light, this apartment has plenty of space for two guests: 1 double bedroom with big closet area, 1 bathroom, spacious living room (dining and lounge areas), little office space and a cozy deck and PRIVATE garden where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air in the middle of historic Lisbon. :) It is situated in a calm street, yet in a central location. We will provide you linen and towels; the kitchen is equipped with all cutlery, espresso machine, microwave, and washing machine. In the toilette you have a hair dryer, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. There’s an iron in the apartment, etc… you don't have to bring any of those things. There are air conditionings in the room and living room. You’ll have wireless Internet, so if you'll need to connect, bring your devices ☺. We will welcome you at the apartment and share all of our knowledge and recommendations with you. We will also be on hand during your stay – should you have any problems or queries we are only a phone call away. The entrance lobby of the building have 24h security camera, this is a request from the condominium and is full compliance with portuguese law privacy policies We promise you will enjoy your stay, however, be warned! You may never want to leave! Price for 2 people using all the house; you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room, garden etc. This apartment could be used as a temporary Office, and has great work place. You will get the keys from us personally and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and the neighborhood. We will also be on hand during your stay - you can contact us by phone, SMS, mail or x(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)x Messenger. Located in the Santo António district, the home places you at the center of Lisbon's historic architecture and culture. Quaint, cobbled streets lead you delicious restaurants and charming cafes with the city center just a short walk away. 3 min walking from/to the metro stations Restauradores or Avenida and 5 min walking from the train station Rossio (Sintra train). Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if you are interested.

This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay! it is perfectly located right next to the metro station, only 3 stops from the centre of Lisbon which was extremely helpful! It was a lovely space, looks exactly like the photos and although some previous reviews mention road noise, it really isn't noticeable at all. Only noticeable item that wasn't included was the photographed and mentioned Rituals shower gels etc, it was a lovely added extra I was willing to pay a bit extra for and when we got there it wasn't rituals it was a random brand. Otherwise, the area and accommodation were brilliant and Paulo / Jorge were very helpful when communicating with them! We will definitely be back!

O apartamento é excelente! Tem um mini mercado ao lado e fica perto de muitos locais de interesse. Só não recomendo pra quem tenha dificuldade de mobilidade chegar a pé com malas pois tem uma subida até o local, o ideal é sempre vir de carro (Uber, por exemplo). Mas sem bagagens tem fácil acesso a Avenida Liberdade, dá pra ir a pé. Não é possível deixar as malas no local antes do check in nem depois do fim da estadia, mas tem um local de aluguel para deixar as malas a mais ou menos 220m, por aproximadamente 6 euros por bagagem. A cozinha é equipada, tem tudo que é necessário para cozinhar, além de maquina de lavar, ferro de passar roupa e secador de cabelo de boa qualidade. Recomendo a estadia!

It was my first time in Portugal, and this home made it extra special. The hot tub outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the patio was a lovely spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Rui, the host, was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. He even provided a hand-drawn map with recommendations for must-see places in Portugal, which was such a personal and helpful touch. I truly felt at home here and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable stay in Portugal!

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft in top Lage. Viel Platz in einem frisch renovierten Altbau und durch die geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man braucht und das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben es auch als sehr komfortabel empfunden, trotz der zentralen Lage einen sicheren Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft zu haben. Die Zufahrt war etwas versteckt über wirklich schmale Gassen, aber Ricardo hat uns schon vor der Tür begrüßt, was ganz toll war. Wenn wir wieder in Lissabon sind, wissen wir schon wo wir dann sein wollen.
