Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. Welcome to our house with history! Recanto brings together comfort, tradition and simplicity in a perfect fusion with the mountains. It has a house with a balcony and a garden that can accommodate 2 to 4 people, overlooking a verdant landscape that makes it a harmonious and cozy space. We are located in the Peneda-Gêres National Park, 5 minutes from the center of Ponte da Barca and Arcos de Valdevez, 30 minutes from Spain, 35 minutes from Viana do Castelo and Braga, and 1 hour from Porto.

The “Casa do Feitor” is a part of an old house in Quinta do Vilar, located in the Douro Valley. You'll be surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable gardens. There are farm animals and a mediterranean forest with oak, cork oak and arbutus trees. This is an eco-system which we look after with the utter most love and respect. It's our mission to honour, regenerate and preserve this system by respecting its identity including all the elements which take part in it.

Peneda Gerês National Park, Levada Houses T2

Casas da Levada are family houses designed and created to provide comfort, conviviality, well-being and unforgettable moments of great tranquility. As the Minho people that we are, we want to provide those who visit us with memorable moments, with an intimate, hospitable and healthy environment. The Casas da Levada are rustic in stone and wood. One of the houses, type T2, accommodates up to 4 people + 2 children or 1 adult and the other, type T1, accommodates up to 2 people.

This is a unique space, with stunning views of the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for a weekend of adventure! Come prepared for poor cellular network and slow Wi-Fi, as the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature takes on a fantastic dimension, with the river water and birds surrounding us completely. Access is made (in the last 500 meters) by land and it is necessary to pay attention to the directions we provide so that you do not get lost.
