Family-friendly holiday rentals in São Luís

A really lovely villa, photos don’t really do it justice. It’s very spacious and there was plenty of room for our group, 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool and play area were very popular. Lisa and David were great hosts. They provided everything we needed and more and were very good with communication and info. Some lovely personal touches for our stay left in the villa too which were much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and hope to return again sometime.

The accommodation was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at, the views in the morning on the rooftop where unforgettable, the host was very helpful and approachable when needing some guidance, the only concern is that we didn’t stay for longer!! Would 100% recommend

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was pristine, modern and ideally located to the town centre, yet still remarkably quiet. The host was excellent and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Good neighborhood, swimming pools and tennis courts on the territory of the complex. You definitely need a car to go to the beach and nearby cities Vladimir gave recommendations where to go and was always in touch

It was a charming accommodation. It was big for two people and we felt comfortable right away. Communication was easy. All in all, we were very please.

Our stay was wonderful, the townhouse is beautiful and in a very peaceful spot, yet so close to town! The hot tub was great in the evenings. It was super clean and has beautiful Portuguese charm. The space is large and private, it is nice to park your car right at the door to bring luggage in. Communication and recommendations were good. Our stay was wonderful! After a long week of traveling it was a great place to settle down with gorgeous views and everything you need within walking distance. There were multiple options for beaches whether we wanted more quiet versus more public with food/drinks available. Grilling on the rooftop made for beautiful family dinners with a cool grill and amazing views. Laura was very helpful with showing us around, providing recommendations, and even letting us back into the home when we locked ourselves out! Easy drive (30-45 mins) to Lagos or Faro for day trips. Overall definitely recommend!

We have enjoyed Casa de Asseiceira 2 very much, very clean, very comfortable and functional, well equipped; we did not miss anything. The peace and tranquility that reigns in the place invite you to rest fully. Lurdes and Emanuel are super hosts, very kind, respectful of privacy, and at the same time attentive at all times, conveying the certainty that if you needed them they would be there, although it was not necessary, since from the first moment we had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. We fired up a barbecue and used it every day, and we were able to taste the best fish from the Porto Covo municipal market at home. Thank you very much Lurdes and Emanuel for letting us enjoy your house, we left with the sadness and at the same time joy of leaving behind some unforgettable days.

We had a really good time. Vitor's bungalow was lovely, well equipped, well presented and with everything we needed. The view, and the peace and quiet were exactly what we wanted. The location was great too, with easy access to both Lagos and Praia de Luz, and other destinations in the western Algarve. Vitor (and his son) were very helpful, and Vitor communicated and helped well.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy little apartment — truly a hidden gem in Albufeira! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy walking access to the Old Town, the beach, key attractions, great restaurants, and just a short stroll to the marina for boat tours to the Benagil caves. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Isabel was incredibly kind and highly accommodating, especially considering we were travelling with our infant. She made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We felt very welcome and at home throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to return to this place the next time we’re in Albufeira. Highly recommended!

Very well located! Everything you need to spend a few nights!

Host was very responsive & met us to walk us into the place. The photo for check in needed updating, it’s now at KK’s Thai Massage for a more accurate entrance area, but we rented a car and had free parking right in front (limited but got lucky!) Place was very clean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and resting at night. We walked to all the shops, pleasantly surprised just how much there was to do around! We ate at Terrazo Italian, incredible food! Beach was beautiful, definitely don’t suggest having a large suitcase tho for parking or elevator access :) Otherwise host was super nice, place was super clean & definitely bang for the buck for an air bnb.

Silvia has always been very friendly and responsive. The accommodation is perfect and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Lagos, 20 minutes from the beaches. Everything is available: beach towels, parasol, beach toys... The welcome gifts are fabulous (breakfast, fridge almost full!!!...). I highly recommend it!

I stayed for 2 weeks. The perfect location , next to the beach, close to the centre of Old Town with a lot of restaurants. The best was a sea view from the balcony with having morning coffee and sunbathing during the sunny day. Apartment is in old building but is clean, has everything for the stay with plenty of towels, changing sheets and kitchen staff. Thank you Marco for hosting me!

Very welcoming place, surrounded by nature, which provides a relaxing stay! From the reception to the room, everything was very organized and sanitized. Dinner was well served with the disposition of a fantastic team. We cannot fail to mention the employee Erika for the helpful service she provided throughout the stay. Without a doubt, an experience to be repeated, as we left the place with immense nostalgia.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Really great location and the view from the pool was amazing. It was very easy to drive to all different areas of Algarve from here. Birgit was very nice, thoughtful, and gave great recommendations on what to see and restaurants to eat at.

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! The beaches are only a 15-20 minute walk away or a 10 minute bike ride! Definitely recommend that. The house is great and the garden is beautiful! The plunge pool was perfect for the hot days! I would 100% recommend this place :)

We had such a lovely time here spending most of our time swimming in the pool, exploring the beaches and enjoying as many of the nearby restaurants as possible! Our hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and we were made to feel right at home straight away. Thank you 😊

What a wonderful time we had in the shepherd's hut! The house has all the comforts. Good bed, good shower, wonderful swimming pool and a beautiful view! Completely relaxed. Wiro and Margriet were very friendly. Recommended!

Patrick and Hetty run a little oasis in the nature – we made a super spontaneous booking on the same day and Partrick cut his beach-day short for us. He showed us arround on their property wich has all you need! The cabin was very cosy and we felt home. Had all you need to cook yourself. We liked the cosy getaway!

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!
