Holiday rentals with a fireplace in São Martinho do Porto

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Lovely stay, even lovelier host. Super friendly and responsive, and even sent a list of local recommendations for everything one could possibly need during a holiday. Would love to come back as it was such a special home and held spectacular views. Gorgeous vibes 🫶🏻🙏🏻

We stayed at Casa Rosaria for a week and really enjoyed it. We used it as a base to explore the region and many places of interest were 30-40 minutes away in various different directions. The renovation was beautifully done and the space looks like it's straight out of the pages of a design magazine. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything we needed. Sarah and Steve were friendly and knowledgeable hosts and we highly recommend Casa Rosaria at Chumbaria.

A peaceful, rural location. The comfortable king size bed gave us our best few nights' sleep for months. We'd prearranged for a supply of groceries and paid them on our arrival. With a good stock of food and drink we could stay local and take advantage of exploring Ruth & Graham's vast expanse of fields with fig and olive trees and rambled through their wood down to the river. The facilities inside the barn/cottage are faultless, we had good internet connection and my husband was able to fulfill his work commitments and conduct a video conference. The bathroom/shower was spotless with strong water pressure so that just a gentle turn of the tap gave us perfect showers. Every aspect of what a visitor might need has been well thought through and provided. We took gentle strolls along tracks near the neighbouring tree plantations where the smell of eucalyptus was cleansing. I enjoyed their spring flowers and flocks of birds. I baked a cake and shared it with our hosts. Will rebook soon.

Maison fonctionnelle, agréable et spacieuse. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Il n’y a aucun point négatif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Vous pouvez louer cette maison sans hésitation. Si nous retournons au Portugal aucun doute que nous essayerons de relouer cette maison. Nous étions 8, 7 adultes et un enfant. La piscine est très agréable. Et les hôtes sont très accueillants. La bouteille de vin offerte à l’arrivée est un plus qui est très apprécié.

Perfect! We loved the house and the area. Easy check-in and check-out, and the house had everything we needed. Rita and her husband brought firewood to use for the fireplace which made our stay extra comfortable. Definitely recommend

Matteos Unterkunft hätte für unsere Urlaubszwecke nicht besser geeignet sein können. Wir reisten mit Großeltern und zwei Kindern. Alles war wie angegeben und der Ausblick war fantastisch. Wir hatten für die Zeit einen Mietwagen und Ericeira mit all seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war tatsächlich nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Tagsüber bereisten wir diverse Ausflugsziele und den späten Nachmittag genossen wir am hiesigen Pool! Wir waren absolut begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke

We had a wonderful stay at Rafael’s Airbnb. It is the cutest house! Amazing location & Rafa was a great host. We really appreciated the local recommendations. He has done a wonderful job of renovating the house a few years ago.

Geweldige locatie, met mooi uitzicht op zee en op loopafstand van de lagune en het strand met daarbij de restaurantjes, super. Het huisje ligt ook goed voor uitstapjes naar Óbidos, Nazaré, en ook Lissabon. De communicatie met Bruno was gemakkelijk.

We had a lovely stay in nazare at this lovely and peaceful apartment! Super comfortable and great views from balcony. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. The Porto and pastries upon our arrived was also a nice touch. Thank you Maria!

Heel mooi verblijf met prachtig uitzicht. Super fijn vriendinnen weekend gehad! Alles op loopafstand en het appartement was schoon.

Wir sind mit einem Baby gereist und daher war Paulas Unterkunft ein Glücksgriff für uns. Es gab einen Kinderstuhl, Babybett und Spielsachen. Die Kommunikation mit Paula war super. Sie ist sogar auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen etwas früher einchecken zu können. Alles war einwandfrei.

Barbara und Antonio waren sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit Die Wohnung hat für jeden Bedarf alles.

Het appartement is ruim en voldoet aan de beschrijving. Het strand en het centrum van Nazaré zijn lopend goed te bereiken. In het weekend is het wat drukker en lawaaiiger op de boulevard. Dat klinkt goed door op het balkon. We hebben een heel plezierig verblijf gehad.

We visited Nazare during Christmas holiday and was very satisfied with the location and hospitality from Carlos and his assistant. The apartment is in the quieter place of the town and easily accessible to get into the busy area. It’s very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The heaters and WiFi worked very well and made us comfortable when we stayed inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very spacious and quiet , with stunning views! You feel at home right away. There is a small cafe/bakery just next door and we found it easy to walk (if you didn't want to drive) into town along the coastline which was beautiful! The Ribeira beach is very close and you can basically check the wave status from your bedroom. It was very windy when we were there, so it was difficult to sit on the patio, but the back patio is enclosed with a small table, great place to have breakfast and look at the ocean and country side. Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot, great accommodation Mr Fernando was very helpful and polite. Responding to all questions. Some historical areas of interest close by too.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, insbesondere der tolle Garten und das Billiardzimmer waren super. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, man konnte den Vögeln beim Zwitschern lauschen. Insgesamt eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft, wir waren zufrieden.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, sechs wunderbare Tage in Jorges traumhafter Villa in der Nähe von Nazaré zu verbringen – und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Jorge war ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl gegeben hat, willkommen zu sein. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen, und hat sich stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Pool, der bei Groß und Klein täglich für Erfrischung und Spaß gesorgt hat. Auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück haben wir sehr geschätzt – der Kickertisch und der Billardtisch, obwohl schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, waren eine tolle Abwechslung und haben nicht nur den Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Casa tal como estava na descrição , Jacqueline esteve sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar. Viajamos com um grupo de amigos e foi muito divertido.Não tínhamos crianças,mas é um local muito bom para elas, tem muito espaço e atividades dentro de casa. Recomendo a estadia!

The villa was amazing - beautiful location, spacious, very clean, modern, well equipped and well kept pool and grounds. We were a group of three couples and all enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and views of the vineyards. The villa exceeded our expectations and we'd love to return in the future. We stayed 1 night only but we already want to come back. Very well designed, stylish, super clean and cozy. The hosts were very kind and friendly and very fast in responding. Highly recommend .
