The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

My favourite location in SP House full of character

Our stay at the house met our expectations very well. In addition, the interaction with the hosts was very positive. We will certainly consider returning on another occasion. Our stay at the house suited our needs really well. Furthermore, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely consider coming back another time.

The place is perfect, my husband and I love the place , we need this vacation break, we love all the privacy we had , the shower is warm, the house is clean and smelling, a good bed to rest, WONDERFUL swimming pool, we enjoyed a lot , Dona Fátima is amazing , her husband is super helpful, you feel so comfortable that you go away with the feeling of longing for a family member , we will definitely come back, there is everything close, shopping, market, restaurants , and two grills . We made a barbecue in the pool, look without words. Valeu every cent. Gratitude ❤️😘

I had a 6 day stay. That frltblike it was ivet yoo doon. The place was better than the pictures portrayed it as being, and the pictures were great! The space was very clean, actually super clean, just impeccable! There was ample space and different work desk options, great appliances and an excellent home-like feel. Great WiFi signal and strength. The Itaim Bibi location is just perfect. Pedro was an incredible host, friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, with great recommendations, and tips. I will stay here again whenever I need to stay in São Paulo. Did I mention how the condo building is simply stellar, with great amenities, breathtaking views of the city and nearby park from the rooftop pool and lounge for guest. The building’s staff were very helpful. I know I said great quite a bit, because it was in every aspect. I would sum up the place and experience as: GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST. Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment and the amenities were amazing! The location was perfect as it was near a subway, a grocery store, and a shopping center. The host was very communicative whenever we had questions. My favorite part was the view from the apartment. It was simply spectacular! I spent so much time looking out the windows at the beautiful view. We will definitely be back next year.

The apartment is excellent, the attention to detail is impressive. Super well-decorated, towels and quality bedding, with various amenities from seasoning to first aid kit available. It was all clean and smelling the impression is that it is not a lodging but an apartment to live in. It was a very pleasant experience.

Great interior, has a lot of amenities and plenty of room which is rare if São Paulo. The location is something I should’ve paid more attention to, but i can’t complain ! It’s a clean, very nice apartment and the host communicates very well. Worth the money.

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
