Serviced apartment holiday rentals in São Paulo

Our stay was peaceful, the apartment was great, well located. Certainly when we return to SP, if the apartment is available, we will stay there. I highly recommend it!

Quiet place, very cozy and very quiet; I felt at home. There is a snack bar right on the corner, which helps a lot so you don't have to walk far to buy food. Everything was very clean and organized, congratulations to the hosts.

Everything was smooth

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Great space and location. Nearby markets, bakeries, and restaurants. As well as the Underground. We stayed at 4 people as the listing allowed and it was comfortable. For sure a great option.

Very good location, 20 min walk from Paulista and the nearest station (green and yellow lines). Very close to Augusta, so there is music noise at night but nothing that bothers you. It is in front of the Sírio Libanês, so it is a well-lit and busy place until night. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, the sheets and towels were very clean and new. The kitchen is well equipped and has a water filter (important) and cleaning products if needed. The only thing I didn't like was that the reception asked me to leave the key when I left; I wouldn't do that under any circumstances. The Wifi is extremely slow and does not work: if you need to work from there, you will not be able to.

The room was very clean, the space is cozy, clean and fragrant bed linen. The apartment provided all the utensils that were described. The location is surreal, very close to Avenida Paulista, a very safe place and the service of the staff was excellent. We will definitely return. Communication with Fernanda was excellent too, she responds quickly and is always asking how the check-in went, how the room is...

I was satisfied with the accommodation: the cleanliness and size were as described in the listing and followed hotel standards. Excellent communication with Carlos. The room met the needs I needed, and there is the functionality of a coffee maker, minibar, kitchen utensils, if necessary. I will certainly repeat the experience, if possible!

The stay was very good, we always received clear instructions from the host and the service of the receptionists and valets was very cordial. There is free valet parking, the bathtub is great, the kitchen equipment is new, the bedding is good and check-in was easy. We recommend it!

The apartment is organized, clean and has several appliances. The building is next to Shopping Center 3, which has a market, pharmacy, laundry. Easy access to Paulista.

Very clean apartment, complete, very good bathroom. The accommodation was clean and the bed and bath linens were good. The best thing is the location, two blocks from Paulista and everything very close. This is the strong point for me.

We stayed a week at this Airbnb and everything went well. We took a dog and it was easy to walk with him because there is a street with many trees next to it. Internet good too

This is a cozy and well-organized apartment. Although small, it is well planned. The bathroom is very clean and the kitchen has enough accessories for a good stay. Great place for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few days. Very well located, close to the Anhangabaú subway. The only thing that was disappointing was that the cover did not seem to have been washed, despite the sheets being clean. Other than that, I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

I loved the place! Everything was very clean and organized. All amenities were working well. Good Wi-Fi, excellent gas shower, hair dryer, etc. everything great. I spent only one night and I liked the place a lot. Bruno gave me the information in a very cordial and organized way. Check-in and check-out were super simple and the location is great. Very close to the subway and easy to get to.

André is a great host, he made check-out flexible and was always available on the communication channel for help! The AP has a great location and offers everything that was proposed, I liked it a lot!
