Rubens' accommodation is perfect, the apartment is very well organized, clean and has everything it takes to welcome guests. There are many positive things about this apartment. It's really clean and well located. I wish we had extra towels and a set of linen for the sofa-bed, specially because we stayed for 10 days.

Great stay. Apartment exactly as in the photos, very comfortable, clean and organized. It has all the necessary items to stay. The host is very helpful, and easy and quick to communicate with. Understood all our needs and helped us. The instructions for accessing and enjoying the condominium facilities were clearly given and provided us with total autonomy. The condominium staff is also great! Very polite and requests. Apartment with a great location, close to basic needs and restaurants. And with a car, you can access the most iconic sights of BSB. I recommend it!

The apartment is a gem; everything is clean and organized. There are towels, bed sheets and blankets; As a point of improvement/suggestion, cover the parking lot or privatize the garage (cars are on the sidewalk ramp). The sector is a little ugly, but the location is excellent. Myself and my family love the accommodation.

Karina's place is even better than in the photos. Everything is very tasteful, beautiful decoration, excellent quality of bed and bath linens, dishes, cutlery, utensils. Everything is excellent! The condominium is well organized and safe. And Karina was super attentive and even left little things that made a difference.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

The place is very beautiful indeed! Better than in the pictures, the nature, the horses, the ranch, all very well taken care of. Communication with the very fast host and the extremely polite and caring homeworkers. The chalet served as well as accommodation, the decor is quite a farm and the best and most beautiful is the barbecue area, we take advantage of it all. I highly recommend!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. Upon arrival, the care with cleaning was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We comfortably accommodated 8 people. The property is located in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. Ygna answered us very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, beautiful decoration and very tasteful. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall, the space is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and super well located in Águas Claras. Staying inside the mall was an incredible differential - we had restaurants, cafes and shops available all the time. The building is charming, and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Suzy welcomed us with great care, always attentive and helpful. Note 10! I highly recommend it!

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and check in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive but it was worth it.

The accommodation was very good, the accommodation with all the items described in the app. For those who go to work and need practicality, it is excellent. Safe, family-friendly, well-residential environment, close to the bakery, market, pharmacy, etc. and has a gym, which is important to me.

For one or two people it is comfortable. It is close to the Metro and a mall, which facilitates shopping and getting around for different points in the city.

My family and I love it. Estadia and the wonderful place, all very clean and organized. The very polite host always responded promptly. We intend to return at a next opportunity for sure.

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very good equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. I recommend it!
