Marcelo was very nice, the house was clean and close to everything we needed, there is a kiosk nearby and a restaurant downstairs but it doesn't get in the way, at 10 p.m. they stopped with the noises and it gets busy, leaving a feeling of security, we will definitely be back!

Great apartment!! A cozy apartment, very comfortable, with parking and very close to the beach! The owner Cauê was very attentive from the time of booking until the checkout. It was very clear in the information, which gave us a much more peaceful journey. In addition to what it shows in the listing, the apartment has utensils in the kitchen that are essential for cooking and eating your meal. The building is very quiet, we had no problems with anything in our booking days. I recommend it!!

Those were days of anxiety for the long-awaited trip. Finally, the long-awaited day arrived, where my expectations were very well met. The apartment is impeccable, clean, organized, air-conditioned, the kitchen is complete with a drinking fountain. We stayed on the beach in front of the island, visited the aquarium and went to the emissary in the historic center, rode the cable car and then went to Mont Serrat. Our trip was unforgettable, my husband and our young children loved it, I intend to return other times. Gratitude 😍

If you want a clean, airy place and to feel at home, Alberto's accommodation is the place on a big beach! We found everything we needed, you can go to the beach on foot, the hosts are 100 percent, I recommend!!!

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Compact and enough for single or couple! Lincoln City was very helpful from the beginning, the place was organized and clean, we just missed bedding and better cleaning on the sofa bed (but it's very comfortable!), market and nearby restaurants! We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!
