Top apartment beautiful view we really enjoyed large bedrooms wonderful beds. I really recommend everyone to take this apartment. There is not much in the area yet. Because it is still being built. But it really is a top apartment

A very modern, spotlessly clean and homely apartment with a full good-quality kitchen, modern bathrooms and smart devices (TV and sound). Not to mention a harbour facing balcony, secure entrance and lift. Eva and I both had our bookings cancelled at the last minute and were able to quickly help each other out which was a smooth and reasonable process. The local hostess Salatt went above and beyond, she provided me with a SIM and even delivered some essentials so that I could cook on a Sunday when everything was closed. Even the neighbours were friendly and lent me a bottle opener one evening. There is a quiet little beach just down the street and the people I met there were also very friendly. So not just a great space, but great people to go with it. I'll be back here one day for sure!

Our stay in Mindelo was perfect. The accommodation is ideally located, in the city center, close to the market and all amenities such as beaches. The room is large and well decorated, the terrace and pool are very pleasant. The hosts are lovely, attentive and always give good advice, the other travelers are very nice too. I recommend without hesitation and will gladly return to this "second family"!

I recommend yes, amazing apartment, very nice, super well equipped with very good taste, I felt at home. Calmo at night, good to rest, friendly neighbors, to walk to the beach in 10 minutes, good internet, to TV with hundreds of channels.

Plenty of space and equipped with every comfort. I loved the huge outdoor space. Easy to reach the center. Benvindo was quick to reach with questions. I was able to leave my suitcase there when I wanted to visit another island for several days. And decided to go back the last days of my vacation.

Bohème (from Filomena Apartments) is perfect! My trip to Sao Vicente was meant to relax and that was completely successful. Nice with coffee and a book in the morning sun on the balcony. Wake up under the super clean shower with a good jet. And then walking to the (super)market, the beach or an eatery - choice enough within walking distance - to come back at the end of the afternoon for a siesta in a wonderfully cool bedroom on a nice mattress. In the evening I cooked myself - also the kitchen is full of comforts - or one of the famous taxi drivers took me to the most beautiful places in Mindelo. You can have a great time in the beautiful apartment (e.g. Netflix on the TVs and table games) but on the island there is plenty to do (e.g. car tour along Salamsa and Monte Verde etc.). Elida and Nuun have good tips and the residents of Sao Vicente are happy to show you their island. Just ask; people are really sweet and at Filomena Aprtmnts you are in the best hands. Bêjus!

Great stay in this impeccable accommodation with unparalleled comfort in Cape Verde. Antonio and his wife are very welcoming, give lots of advice about the surroundings, and book lots of nice touches in the accommodation. We can only highly recommend! You won't be disappointed
