THE SHEPHERD'S HUT

Spacious and bright, the 100 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, former sheepfold. Beautiful view of the 2500 M2 orchard, with terrace, garden furniture, relaxation lounge, gas barbecue, trampoline, swimming pool, games for children..... This accommodation dates back to 1784, restored with elegance. Nordic and modern decoration, very warm, a real cocoon with nature and calm. Ideal for recharging your batteries on vacation. The sheepfold is well located for visiting wine-growing towns and villages.

Atypical cottage in old barn with organic garden

Beautiful living space, which was once the hayloft of our "grange", with separate bedroom above the former horse stable (and where the steel horses are now) with bed of 160 x 200 and a mezzanine (via steep miller's staircase) with bed of 140 x 200. Wood stove to heat the living room and kitchen. Private garden with terrace and also free access to the grounds of the grange with jeu-de-boules court, trampoline and ping-pong table. Fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden according to the season.

LA GRANGE DE CERCY

Lovely fully equipped loft with free parking (in the courtyard of the house). An automatic gate closes the courtyard with a beep provided upon arrival and throughout the stay. Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside 15 km from Beaune and 25 km from Chalon-sur-Saône. Bike rides, cellar tours and Burgundian terroir will be on the agenda. Ideal for relaxation, this cottage offers all the advantages of the countryside (chicken coop included!) with the proximity of Burgundian towns.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. I suggest you spend a few days in an old farmhouse whose main house has just been renovated. You will be in the heart of southern Burgundy between Morvan, Charolais meadows and the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise. Due to the health crisis, in addition to cleaning, the house will follow a new cleaning protocol with the EN 14476 product, focusing on contact points and completed by spraying with an EN 14476 air purifier.

For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.
