Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

19th century mansion surrounded by a 1 hectare enclosed park with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated by combining the charm of the old and modern comforts. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. We are pleased to host you in this corner of nature located 5 minutes from Pont de Vaux in the heart of Bresse. There you will find calm and serenity and enjoy a private, spacious (approx. 2,000 m²/21,528 sq. ft.) and fenced garden, as well as a terrace. The house consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom and a mezzanine. La Bresse offers a rich heritage that will seduce you ( vineyards, castles, greenway etc.).
