So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

Wow !! Quite simply the best apartment we’ve ever had on AIR BnB 👌 perfect in every way and right in the heart of the old town, attractions, shops, daily market and restaurants . Perfect view of the full Promenade from the beautiful balcony !!! And to top it all off Eileen and Connie were the perfect hosts and communication was fantastic!! This was one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in many all over the world. The apartment is huge, so clean, perfect location and the views from balcony breathtaking. The host was great from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again next time in Nice. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay. The views from the large patio doors and balconies overlooking the ocean and the Promenade were spectacular. The unit itself was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was central with great walkability. It was truly fantastic. The host was very communicative. We would recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Bright and airy with a balcony overlooking the beach, this place is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon/evening and watching the world go by. The apartment offers public transportation access a block away allowing for convenient travel all over the city. There are nearby bakeries and a grocery store. We would stay here again.

Amazing, well-equipped & clean Airbnb with super responsive and nice hosts! The village is really cute and walking distance. Proximity to Nice airport is a huge plus!

La maison est absolument magnifique, très bien entretenue, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Elle est idéalement située, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région sans contrainte. Tout était réuni pour passer un séjour des plus agréables. Ce fut un véritable plaisir de loger ici, et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience. Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Nous avons découvert le géranium Rosat grâce à vous et en apprécions la délicatesse en tisane que nous dégustons en souvenir de notre passage à Grasse. La chapelle est un endroit agréable et confortable décoré avec soin. Nous y retournerons fort probablement et recommandons d’y passer plusieurs jours à quiconque souhaite découvrir la région.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

A beautiful Mediterranean view from the terrace. This place is a little away from the crowd, which really works for us. If you use buses, you can go everywhere. The location is especially convenient when you visit Monaco (by bus) or eze village (by taxi as the host recommends). You could walk to Castle hill as well. Vassil is such a wonderful host. I think that he is really ready for having his guests in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I already miss it!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und gut informiert. Dss Appartement besitzt einen schönen Balkon mit gutem Sonnenschutz und Blick auf das Meer. Ein Parkplatz im Parkhaus war im Preis inbegriffen. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Upea asunto jossa on iso kattoterassi ja mahtavat maisemat. Asunnossa olisi viihtynyt helposti pidempäänkin. Asunnolta käveli noin 20 minuutissa Cannesin rantaan ja keskustaan. Majoittaja oli mukava ja antoi selkeät ohjeet. Suosittelen tätä kohdetta kaikille Cannesiin matkustaville.

To start with Martina was amazing, responsive and super helpful. She was also super flexible. The place is clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all things needed to make cook. The AC in each room works perfect. And the view from the balcony takes this place to another level. The elevator always worked for us which was also a plus. Would highly recommend and will def try to come back and stay at Martina’s 😬

Konum olarak mükemmel. Her yere yürüyüş mesafesi olması, etrafında birçok restaurant ve barların olması büyük avantaj. Ev yeni dekore edilmiş ve çok temiz. Balkonunda oturmak çok keyifli. Evde ana banyo ve tuvaletin yanı sıra Ebeveyn odasında da tuvalet ve banyo olması çok rahatlatıcı. Salon ve mutfak tüm imkanları sunuyor. Tekrar Cannes seyahatimde mümkünse tekrar kalmak isterim. Bu imkanları sunduğu için Judy ye çok teşekkür ederim
