Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

There are 2 double beds in our house. Our pool is active in the winter months with a heated pool and you can enjoy the pool in cold weather Kitchen and kitchen utensils are available. Tea maker, Coffee machine, Stove, Dishwasher, Solo Oven available. Our bathroom has a hair dryer, towel set, shampoo, shower gel, soap, shaving and external care set. Wi-Fi available There is a barbecue, pool, dining table and swing in our garden.

Our villa has a 350 m2 living area. It is in a 1200 m2 garden. It has a private pool and a children's pool. There is a hobby garden. It has a 175 m2 terrace with mountain views. The terrace has a barbecue, dining table and kitchenette. Underfloor heating, fireplace, Wi-Fi are available. Each room has a bathroom, toilet and air conditioning. Our house is within walking distance to the center, the lake and the cable car.
