Holiday rentals with beach access in Sapodilla Bay Beach

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

Can’t say enough good things about the place, stay, location and hosts. Very responsive, centrally located, well equipped and peaceful. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s and this experience lived up to its description. Oscar was fantastic. Would def book again if visiting again.

Eddy was very responsive and helpful, the space was clean and had everything you need (including beach chairs and an umbrella), pool was clean and never crowded, the condo complex was quiet and within an easy drive to restaurants, beaches, and the marinas.

We had a fantastic stay at the Beach Hut and really enjoyed our fun hosts Kevin & Rhonda. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from resort crowds then look no further. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed having the huge beach all to ourselves. Our bed and air conditioning was perfect allowing us to have many great sleeps. We left our vacation fully rested and would highly recommend the Beach Hut!! Thanks Kevin & Rhonda, take care!!!

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

Absolutely loved this stay! It is a quick walk to a beautiful section of the Grace Bay beach with a snorkeling park! The studio is cozy had everything one person needs, and there’s communal snorkeling equipment. The location was easily accessible to east and west sides of the island. The hosts are really kind and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Extremely last minute stay and Anthony’s did not disappoint! Less than a 10 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Turks and Caicos. I will be back!

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

We absolutely loved our stay! It was described perfectly. We did rent a car but would have been completely fine without it. The property was extremely clean and we had everything that we could have needed. The patio was the perfect place to have dinner and hang out with the family in the evenings. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and the beach were a really quick walk. I would highly recommend this property for small families and/or a small group of friends. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome with her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Katherine went above and beyond as a host—quick to respond, super accommodating, and genuinely kind. She clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great experience, and it really shows. I can’t recommend her place enough. Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Wow! This place was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. It’s so close to everything and allowed us to easily jump around to all the different beaches. The house is stunning and view is to die for! Highly highly recommend!!! Also, David is really great to rent from. He was super helpful and flexible with us, which were super grateful since we had our son with us and babies need flexibility ha! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

This villa was so beautiful and the private beach that lead to the sound was our favorite part. The house was just like the pictures and super clean. The pool was also very clean. The air conditioners are also really good and kept the house very cool. No complaints. The house manager Neko also was very quick to respond when we had a concern during our stay and was so friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this villa!

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with TCI’s turquoise waters, plus shops for groceries, clothes, and gifts and several restaurants, including an excellent Italian spot. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and a gorgeous pool that we often had to ourselves. The unit was clean, well-decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable, along with items like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent—far more than other guests we spoke to, who had none of these conveniences. We also had umbrellas and shelter for the beach, avoiding high rental fees, plus coolers and inflatables for the pool. We loved the ground-floor location, making it easy to wander in and out to the pool, and its peaceful spot at the end of the complex. In our opinion, it's the best unit in the complex. Amazing accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Turtle Cove! The apartment is exactly as listed in the pictures. The location is good if you have a car. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay area. Host was super nice and responsive, would definitely stay again!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

great location, can walk to Baci, Shark Bite and Mango reef restaurants and more. Walk to Smith Reef for snorkeling, and only 10 minute or so drive to Grace Bay area. Beach supplies provided and you can also walk straight to Bight Beach out in front of resort. Room was very nice with a patio and has a pool 2 stories up with great views of sunset. Very pleasant stay, I would recommend!

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.
