Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sarandë

Host estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito ogni comfort: lavatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Location vicinissima a Saranda,ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal rumore della città e con parcheggio interno. Immersa nella natura (con cagnolini docili e amichevoli). Molto consigliata.

My family of 4 and I stayed at Christos beautiful home for 3 days / 2 nights. From the moment we made the reservation, Christos was very easy to get in contact with. When he heard we were traveling with children, he went out of his way to provide directions to get to the house and was able to accommodate and have the house ready by the time we arrived. The house itself is right at the heart of everything Ksamil has offer. The view this house offers is priceless!! Our jaws dropped immediately once we saw the gorgeous views from the balcony. I am confident enough to say - you won’t find the view this house has to offer anywhere else. Inside, the house itself was well furnished and fully stocked. Christos himself was incredibly generous. He had tons of recommendations and was honest about things we could do with kids & our time in Ksamil. He was truly a wonderful host and we really felt at home. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this beautiful home.

2 nachten verbleven om vanuit Finiq richting Blue Eye en Sarandë te gaan. Prachtige rustige omgeving met het zwembad. Parkeergelegenheid achter het hek, ik mocht de auto zelfs onder de carport zetten. Ontzettend behulpzame mensen, mevrouw gaf me zelfs nog verse eieren in de ochtend. Pas wel op, supermarkten zijn alleen maar kleine hoek winkeltjes die relatief duur zijn en weinig hebben. Plan vooruit met boodschappen.

Flora was so lovely! She offered to pick us up because it's quite a long hike up a very steep hill from the port ( we came from Corfu ) The outside spaces are absolutely stunning. There are mosquitos but Flora provides plenty of mosquito coils, I'd recommend bringing a repellent too then you'll be fine. We swam in the pool it was lovely we hung outside most of the time and loved it! Such a pretty space. There's even an outside shower for the pool area! Flora did lovely touches like flowers on the tables. We had replacement towels and linens delivered which was lovely. We felt very safe and secure there, there's plenty of locks and cameras. It's a little loud from the road and the views aren't overly picturesque. We had a room and bathroom each! It's great to have your own private space to use ( we went as 3 friends ) So it was absolutely perfect for us! Inside is traditional in style. The bathrooms are small and not luxurious. My room had lots of bugs but they didn't bother me.

Seldi made my trip to Sarande especially easy. He offered to pick me up from the ferry port to bring me directly to the room when I arrived. The room is very spacious with a beautiful view! Bed is very comfortable and the location is great. It’s on a quiet street with a small cafe and food shop right across the street, and you can walk down to town but it does have a few hills and stairs. I did not have any issues. Seldi and his family were especially kind and helpful during my stay, and Seldi helped me to plan trips to local sites and with my other travel plans out of Albania. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Seldi and his accommodations and would be happy to stay again myself in the future.

Polecam nocleg w apartamencie Valdete. Bardzo duży apartament, pościel czysta i pachnąca, czysto. Jest miejsce do grilla. Kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona. Niczego nam nie brakowało . Blisko do plaży, ale także do piekarni czy sklepów. Nie mieliśmy problemów ze znalezieniem apartamentu, bo Valdete wysłała nam jasne instrukcje. Dziękujemy 😃

My family had a great time in Saranda, this house was perfect place to stay to be close to everything! You will need a car to explore the are, there is so much to see. Our hosts were very kind family and welcomed us for our stay. The house is very clean and have everything you need to feel at home during your trip. We appreciate the local recommendations, easy communication and privacy during our stay. Amazing place with great host family!

Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

We had an amazing stay at Olsi’s place and would absolutely recommend it. This was our first time visiting Albania, and as Americans staying for an extended period, we couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The apartment is luxurious, with high-quality furnishings and stunning views in every direction. Whether you’re relaxing indoors (or on the amazing balcony), walking to the beach, or exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, everything feels easy and comfortable. Olsi is one of the best hosts we’ve encountered. He is responsive, thoughtful, and helpful whenever we had a question or needed to sort something out. If you’re visiting Saranda, especially for a longer stay, this is the Airbnb you want.

Luli was so kind and we would take her for our own grandma. Wifi was not working though. But we felt at home and it was clean ❤️😎💯✨👍👏

Super appartement, tout est parfait et trèsbeau. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est simplement genial. L'hôte est également genial, très sympathique et serviables. Je vous conseil virement.

It was a very nice stay in this apartment, the distance to the beach is easily made within 15 min. by foot and there are a lot of grocery stores nearby! The appartment was very clean, we had a laundry and cooking equipment! Great experience, we would come again :)

O apartamento de Orjana tem uma vista incrível do mar e por isso levou 5 estrelas. Além disso, a acomodação é ótima e confortável, o prédio tem elevador e a localização é boa também, sendo que com 10~15 minutos de caminhada você consegue chegar ao centrinho da cidade. Aos arredores do apartamento tem vários mercados e restaurantes e uma vibe excelente. Ficamos lá o mês todo de julho e mesmo trabalhando o clima era de férias. Tem uma praia logo em frente ao prédio que pode ser acessada com águas limpas, ideal para um banho rápido. Único ponto negativo foi a internet que não funcionou corretamente. Orjana foi muito atenciosa quanto a isso e no primeiro dia já chamou os técnicos, porem durante a estadia a internet não funcionou bem. Porem acredito ser algo relacionado a estrutura da cidade, já que a cidade estava muito lotada. A própria luz da cidade caiu várias vezes nesse período, por isso que acredito ser algo estrutural. No geral recomendo a acomodação 100%.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking and stay. The pool was heated, had a jacuzzi massage feature and lights. The accommodation came with a golf cart that we were able to drive around the complex and to the beach with free parking right by the water. The pull out beds came with mattress toppers. There was free coffee and beach towels to use. I’d absolutely stay here again

Ronduit fantastisch! Wij zijn in Oktober 2024 met 7 personen, gezin en aanhang, geweest. Wat een prachtig huis op een unieke locatie. Je hebt vanaf de bovenverdieping een prachtig uitzicht. Je kunt Sarandë, de zee en zelfs Corfu zien. De inrichting van het huis is prima, buiten heb je een prachtig zwembad, met verlichting, een BBQ en zelfs een pizzaoven. Hout wordt voor jou geregeld door Toni en zijn familie. Sinas appelen, mandarijntjes en citroenen mochten wij zelf plukken. Als je naar beneden loopt zit er op 800 meter afstand een tweetal restaurants. Mulliri en Tamo’s Farm. Bij de eerste zijn wij twee keer wezen eten. Met z’n allen waren wij slechts €100 kwijt, maar hadden wij wel de hele menukaart op tafel staan en is er ook echt wel het nodige gedronken. Kortom een aanrader!

Amazing cosy apartment to spend a wonderful week at the Albanian Riviera coast. As a group of five friends, we found the perfect location for a peaceful get-away—definitely recommend!! Perfectly equipped apartment with all necessities in the kitchen but also small details such as candles throughout the living room. The house is huge and the atrium/ living room as well as the terrace outside had amazing views over the sea. Communication with Spyro and his dad was straight forward and they’re both very kind. For instance, were greeted with fresh fruits from the garden. To find the apartment, take a right turn before the hotel and ideally have a 4x4 wheel car.

The House is absolutley stunning! We would love to come back one day :)

Wat een cadeau dit huis en vooral deze tuin!! De tuin is zo mooi en groot. We gingen alleen naar binnen als het 's avonds buiten te koud werd. We genoten iedere dag van het mooie uitzicht en van de prachtige zonsondergang. Voor onze Golden Retriever was dit ook heel fijn. De tuin was helemaal afgesloten, dus hij kon heerlijk vrij rondlopen en altijd een schaduwplek vinden. Wat vooral opvalt is de liefde waarmee deze tuin wordt onderhouden. Overal bloeiende planten, We mochten fruit van de bomen plukken: zoals citroenen en sinaasappels. Binnen is het gezellig en schoon en het bed slaapt heerlijk. Toen we aankwamen stond de vader van Anita al op ons te wachten. Hij leidde ons door huis en tuin en legde alles uit. Een vriendelijke man. Communicatie liep verder via de telefoon. Dat ging snel en prettig. Piqeras is nog een authentiek klein dorp met veel kleine winkeltjes en 2 restaurants. De taverne tegenover het huis is een aanrader!! Kortom: een aanrader!

A nice house with super location. Easy accessible and you don’t need a buggy to reach the beach. Fation is really a superhost, very responsive and kind. Offered us a late checkout also. Best thing about the house was the yard in front, where you can calmly have a coffee or enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Palase.

Really clear instruction of how to find the place. Also good recommendations for place to take breakfast !!

We booked our stay last minute and Xhulia was so helpful with every aspect of traveling. She let us extend our stay an extra day, loaned us her personal beach towels for use, and even showed us around the property when we arrived. She gave great recommendations for food and things to do in the area, and the price was unbeatable compared to other places in the area. Would highly recommend!
