Great location and property

Quite good stay. The house is very clean and well located, it has a great view. Nonetheless, communication with the host was complicated, with unclear instructions, and inappropriate requests for additional fees.

We had a beautiful stay here. Vila was so friendly ,kind and helpful. We highly recommend staying here. it’s so peaceful pretty and just amazing Thank you Vila

Stayed 2 nights to go from Finiq to Blue Eye and Sarandë. Beautiful quiet environment with the swimming pool. Parking behind the gate, I was even allowed to put the car under the carport. Very helpful people, the lady even gave me fresh eggs in the morning. Be careful, supermarkets are only small corner shops that are relatively expensive and have little. Plan ahead with groceries.

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

It was perfect! The apartment is clean, it has everything you need. The location is ideal, in the center of Ksamil. The parking space is a big plus. Thanks to Debora for this stay!

It was a pleasure to be there. Looked even better than on pictures. Everything was in a walking distance- restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, cafes, pharmacy 5 minutes and 8 minutes to the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Anything we needed or asked for was immediately delivered by the host. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really recommend Blerina and Aresti, great hosts and great place.

Irini’s place was just wonderful! Not only were her and her family so helpful and kind but the place was in a great location. Everything was walkable. Beach clubs, restaurants, and the beach were all very walkable. The place was exactly how it was described. They made it easy to find and they were extremely warm and welcoming. We really appreciated their kindness and would stay again!

Altin was very communicative and provided several recommendations for eating out/seeing the sights. The flat was perfect for our stay and set in a lovely garden. The beaches and restaurants/bars are only a short walk away.

I had a great stay at Dorina's! The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped, and a great location. We immediately feel at home there. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen functional, and the neighborhood quiet but close to everything you need (shops, restaurants, etc.).

Everything was perfect! The Airbnb was really comfortable to stay. We got a good tip for the best beach to go. The lady who received us was really friendly. Maybe she doesn’t speak English, but that’s what we have a translation app for. We would really recommend to book this place! It was clean and had everything you need to have a chill stay. It was close to some of the beaches and a supermarket. Thanks hosts!

The apartment is modern, clean, exactly as in the pictures. Close to the promenade, port and bus station. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible. I recommend Helena as a host.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Ksamil turned out to be a great place to stay and Ville Leo was the perfect accommodation option for us. Lovely apartment, lovely terrace where you could enjoy breakfast / dinner. The parking space in front of the house was great. Leon ran into his father every day and he always asked if everything was okay. Location beaches / restaurants / bars nearby. Thank you very much! Everything was as described. She had prepared leaflets with where you can eat, what to do in the area, which is certainly useful. You could park on the premises, which I personally always recommend in Albania to take at an accommodation! The cottage has many plants, which makes it cozy in the busy Sarandë.
