Great location and property

Assez bon séjour. La maison est très propre et bien située, elle offre une superbe vue. Néanmoins, la communication avec l’hôte a été compliquée, avec des instructions peu claires et des demandes de frais supplémentaires inappropriés.

Nous sommes restés une nuit à Vila Flobant. l'appartement était très propre et bien rangé. l'hôte Lena est une femme très aimable et nous a donné quelques adresses afin de nous restaurer. la vue depuis la piscine est incroyable.

L’appartement était très propre, identique à la description. Situé à 5 min en voiture de la Marina et 20 min à pied car il faut descendre il longue pente. Magnifique vu sur la mer. Je recommande, nous avons passé un bon séjour.✨

2 nachten verbleven om vanuit Finiq richting Blue Eye en Sarandë te gaan. Prachtige rustige omgeving met het zwembad. Parkeergelegenheid achter het hek, ik mocht de auto zelfs onder de carport zetten. Ontzettend behulpzame mensen, mevrouw gaf me zelfs nog verse eieren in de ochtend. Pas wel op, supermarkten zijn alleen maar kleine hoek winkeltjes die relatief duur zijn en weinig hebben. Plan vooruit met boodschappen.

Had a wonderful 4 days at Kladji’s villa. It was spotless and the small pool was nice. Good views from the terrace. Lots of good restaurants in the town, 5 mins walk. Beaches are fine and the sea water is lovely to swim in. Would book again.

Mycket trevlig värd, lätt tillgänglig. Villan var mycket fin och bra utrustad. Huset saknade dock exakt adress och det var otydligt vart det låg utifrån annonsen. Det var inte långt att gå bara 10-15 minuter från stranden men det var mycket sluttning.

Super villa, nous avons passé un super séjour ! Nous reviendrons ! (Attention aux vis à vis, les villas sont collées les unes aux autres dans ce quartier)

C’était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement est idéal, au centre de Ksamil. La place de parking est un gros avantage. Merci à Debora pour ce séjour !

It was a pleasure to be there. Looked even better than on pictures. Everything was in a walking distance- restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, cafes, pharmacy 5 minutes and 8 minutes to the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Anything we needed or asked for was immediately delivered by the host. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I really recommend Blerina and Aresti, great hosts and great place.

My wife and baby had a great stay! The family hosting the house were very nice! House was clean! Very walkable to beaches. Was perfect for our family! Thanks!

Accueil super Denisa et sa maman on était parfaite , sont restés a nos soins et ont étaient très serviable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement ce logement. A une prochaine fois sûrement 😊

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft, die perfekt für zwei Personen ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet – ein Wasserkocher wäre allerdings ein schönes Extra gewesen. Besonders angenehm ist der schöne Garten, in dem man gemütlich draußen sitzen kann. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, da man den Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte schnell zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotz der Nähe zu allem ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig, und man schläft ausgezeichnet. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der private Parkplatz. Ich würde diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Altin was very communicative and provided several recommendations for eating out/seeing the sights. The flat was perfect for our stay and set in a lovely garden. The beaches and restaurants/bars are only a short walk away.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Dorina! L’appartement était exactement comme décrit, très propre, bien équipé, et idéalement situé. On s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. La literie est confortable, la cuisine fonctionnelle, et le quartier calme mais proche de tout ce qu’il faut (commerces, restaurants…).

Everything was perfect! The Airbnb was really comfortable to stay. We got a good tip for the best beach to go. The lady who received us was really friendly. Maybe she doesn’t speak English, but that’s what we have a translation app for. We would really recommend to book this place! It was clean and had everything you need to have a chill stay. It was close to some of the beaches and a supermarket. Thanks hosts!

The apartment is modern, clean, exactly as in the pictures. Close to the promenade, port and bus station. Check-in and check-out was very easy and flexible. I recommend Helena as a host.

We had a really good stay in Saranda at the apartment, it is close to many restaurants and beaches. Everything looked just like the photos and the view was amazing. Thoma was such a nice host and really helpful. When we needed to check out a bit late he was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Violetta’s place is a tremendous value. And it’s beautiful too! I would stay here again.

What a difference a proactive, responsive host makes in a guest's experience. Host Ana was amazing. I took 2 buses - Gjirokaster to Saranda, Saranda to Ksamil. Ana followed my progress, told me where to exit the bus, and her father was waiting (with a smile) to drive me (and my heavy suitcase) to the beautiful apartment which was very close! So kind, so kind. The studio was private, easy ground-floor walk-in, with a nice little porch to sit and have morning coffee. Inside it was very clean with all the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom. This was the first time I used an open shower without a wall and I loved it! Super efficient! Plenty of hot water. Location: Extremely walkable location, perfect because it was away from the crowds (tourist season); however, I could easily reach all the beaches and restaurants by foot. Ana recommended a more private beach with less people (thank you). I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Ksamil osoittautui aivan mahtavaksi kohteeksi ja Ville Leo sopi meille täydelliseksi majoitusvaihtoehdoksi. Ihana asunto, ihanalla terassilla jossa voisi nauttia aamupalaa / iltapalaa. Autopaikka talon edessä oli mahtava. Leon isään törmäsi päivittäin ja hän aina kysyi oliko kaikki hyvin. Sijainti uimarannat / ravintolat / baarit lähellä. Kiitos paljon! Simo

tres bel appartement, très confortable et une hôte réactive et accueillante !

Alles was zoals beschreven. Ze had blaadjes klaar gelegt met waar je kan eten wat er allemaal te doen is in de buurt wat zeker handig is. Je kon op het terrein parkeren wat ik persoonlijk in Albanië altijd aanraadt om bij een accomodatie te nemen! Het huisje heeft veel planten wat het gezellig maakt in het drukke Sarandë.
