Beautiful cottage in the Adirondack Mountains situated on over an acre of waterfront property with River access. Enjoy swimming, Kayaking and fishing on the Hudson River, all right from the backyard of the house. It has a great deck which overlooks the river with perfect views for enjoying sunset cocktails… Yard also has two fire-pits for night time fun and laughs. Towpath Landing is a collection of 19 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
