The house is very clean and comfortable, perfect for your vacation with a beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. Marine is such a warm and responsible host, everything was well prepared. The place is great, very close to the dendropark. Highly recommended for staying close to nature.

Great accomodation in Haghpat with splendid view of the canyon. The place was very clean and tidy. Everything was perfect. The rooms, tasty food, refreshing pool, table tennis and romantic rest area. The breakfast was delicious with variety of local products. The Hosts very friendly snd helpful. Specious parking place. Walking distance to Haghpat Monastery.

Best rental unit in Armenia, both for quiet long stays (remote working) and for active tourism (strategical center point in Armenia, all touristic spots in the country easily reachable from here). Best of both worlds. Rosa and her daughter make everything quite easy and straightforward, and communication is perfect. Definitely a great bargain for such a price (really fits the 'rare find' definition)

Nino war gut erreichbar, ihre Eltern haben uns persönlich empfangen. Ich war auf der Suche nach dem ehemaligen Haus meiner Oma. Ihr Vater hat einen Historiker der Stadt für mich kontaktiert, der mir die Geschichte der Deutschen Einwanderer zeigte in Bolnissi zeigte und erklärte. Die Unterkunft von Nino ist 200 Jahre alt, gebaut von Deutschen Einwanderern. Das Haus hat Risse und knirschende Böden, dafür auch viel bezeugter Geschichte. Empfehle das Haus sehr für geschichtlich interessierte Menschen.

Alla and her mother made me feel right at home during my stay. Their space was cozy and welcoming, and I loved sharing tea and coffee with them. I also took the carpet making masterclass, which was an incredible experience. Learning about Armenian history through this art form was fascinating! Not to mention, Alla’s mother is an amazing cook. The food she prepared was absolutely delicious. The best food I had in Armenia. This was more than just a stay it was a cultural and personal connection that I’ll always cherish. I can’t wait to come back with my family!

Beautiful place which our host has dedicated lots of efforts to. Breakfast is abundant. Nice view from the balcony. Room has no AC equipped, but we were provided with a fan.

A very nice place to stay at and very friendly host. We had also dinner and breakfast in their home and it was delicious home cooked Armenian food :) Google did not take us to the right address, but friendly neighbors took us to Mary's place. The only thing was that the bed was a bit cold.
