The proximity of the vineyards, the garrigue and the river will allow you to stroll and escape. The village of Sardan is conveniently located between Alès, Nîmes and Montpellier and other places such as Avignon, the Mediterranean Sea or the Cévennes are accessible in about an hour by car (40 minutes for the beaches). The city of Sommières, 15 min. away, offers many activities.

Our house is located in a calm tree-lined area, between vineyards and hills, enjoying 300 days of sun per year. It is both close to the sea, the ''Camargue'' (a region of the Rhône delta in south-eastern France, characterized by numerous shallow salt lagoons, known for its white horses and as a nature reserve) and the Cevennes National park. The house is not overlooked, the garden is 3000 m2 and has many spaces to relax with a semi-underground wooden pool (6.37m x 4.12m, 1.33m).
