We welcome you in a 3-star 80 m2 duplex apartment located in a quiet area facing the mountain (the Rhune), a 2-minute walk from Spain, 15 minutes from Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 20 minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz. This modern apartment is located in a typical Basque farmhouse that is over 500 years old. Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.
