Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

Discover our charming apartment located in the heart of town near the train station. Completely renovated, it has a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room, an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment is atypical and quiet. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a small private courtyard. Ideally located close to many restaurants, grocery stores and historical monuments, it's a perfect choice for exploring the city.

Charming cozy 80 m2 house, where we can accommodate up to 6 people, very close to the train station, with an inner courtyard shared with another accommodation. The house consists of: • on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a dining room and a living room with a convertible sofa (firm support) • upstairs: two bedrooms in a row with 1 bed 160cm, a futon bed 160 cm with high density mattress topper and a desk.

This peaceful accommodation is ideal for a family or friends getaway. The traditional and charming house is located in the heart of the Domaine de la Mare, an organic cider estate. Surrounded by apple orchards, you can enjoy a relaxing setting. Located 5 minutes by car from Le Mans and 20 minutes by public transport, you will be close to several walking trails for nature walks. You can also enjoy all the activities the region has to offer.

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
