Our boho cocoon nestled in the heart of the charming St Nicolas district, just at the foot of the Cité Plantagenêt, welcomes you in a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, WIFI, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Located on the 1st floor without elevator in a small building, on a lively pedestrian street where restaurants, pubs and small shops mingle. Great for a tourist stay or business trip!

You can also enjoy all the activities the region has to offer.

La Parencelle, a welcoming home that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Located just 900 meters from La Boulerie Jump and 10 minutes from the entrance to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, its location is ideal. The house consists of three elegant bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room for your relaxation, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease, as well as a shower room for your comfort.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
