Cozy little annex is rented. Simple standard with rural location right by the sea and only 15 min from Fredrikstad center. Here you can find tranquility with the sea as the closest neighbor. For the children, there is a house rack, trampoline, sandbox just outside the annex. As well as three cozy sheep:) There are also 3 kayaks for adults, 2 junior kayaks, sailing rolls, 2 SUPs and sail boards that can be rented. Fine possibilities for kayaking and forest trips. Own jetty on the plot that the tenant can also use

Free parking 100m away. Includes bedroom with double bed, dining room, bunk, fridge, kettle, hob, oven, toilet and all necessary kitchenware such as cutlery, plates, cups etc.

In this place you can stay close to everything, the location is central on the east side of Fredrikstad. Stone throw away from the Old Town and Kongstenhallen. Quiet residential area. A few days or a few weeks; we agree on pricing. One bedroom with a double bed, 2 extra beds on the 2nd floor, can also be made up to a 5 person on the sofa if desired!

There is trails going to a water tower or bays. Historic sites are plentiful. Only 1,2 km from the ocean. The lodging is private and quiet.
