There are 2 (120x200) beds in the attic. Large sofa bed (150x220) in the living room. There is access to 2-3 travel beds for children (60x120) if requested. Ett anneks med stor terrasse (ca 25 kvm) som består av ett rom, inneholder kjøleskap, enkel kokeplate, kaffetrakter, utedusj (soloppvarmet vann, altså ingen sol=ingen varmtvann), varmeovn for kjølige dager, vann på kanne og porta potti i lite adskilt rom/bod. Her kan du virkelig nyte lyden fra sjøen, bading, rolige turer, fiske eller en kald øl på den lokale restauranten/puben (10 min å gå)

Vi leier ut ett hyggelig lite anneks (18m2) i sjarmerende Vaterland. 🏡 er godt utnyttet med fullt utrustet kjøkken ( dog kun to platetopper) og lite bad. Dagseng som trekkes ut til dobbeltseng på natt. Fin utsikt til elva (trampoline ml anneks og elv). 🏡 ligger i delt hage med utleiere, men de som leier vil ha ett utebord med to stoler til å spise ute. Fin gåavstand til Kongstenbadet, Actic, golf, matbutikk og gamlebyen med alt det den har å tilby inkl. gratis ferge til sentrum og mye mer😊

Har kjøleskap/mikroovn/dobbel kokeplate/kaffetrakter/vannkoker/oppvaskmaskin og brødrister. Servise/bestikk osv til dere alle. Buss nr 8 går ute i Svaneveien hver time. VELKOMMEN 🥰
