In addition to a gym combined with a TV room on the ground floor. Nearby, there are many leisure activities and sports facilities. Nature trails and forests within walking distance from the property. As well as walkways with lighting. There is only a short distance to public transport. No through traffic. Quiet and great area.

Unique, peaceful cabin of 75 m2 with two bedrooms. Two lofts, one of which has its own TV room and bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen, dining table with up to 10 (12) seats. Wi-Fi and two TV areas. New bathroom. Furnished porch with barbecue, Jacuzzi and magnificent view. Area with fire pan and wood bench. Dead-end road to the cottage and private parking space. See pictures. The surrounding area is unique with idyllic old houses and cottages. Private restaurant, "Sjøbua", with a well-developed menu and all of dishes. Short distance to Sweden

Beautiful cabin with private jetty and small beach. Terrace with great views, sunny until late at night. Large outdoor areas, sheltered from wind. Peaceful and quiet right by the sea. 300 meters walk from the parking lot, then a 5-minute boat ride across the strait. Small boat is included in the rental price. Larger boat and water scooter are rented for an extra fee.
