Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Only 20 minutes to Sarpsborg city centre, 20 minutes to the Old Town of Fredrikstad and 25 minutes to Strømstad. The cabin has an electric car charger for an addition to the price. A stone's throw from the cabin is a beach, pier and great hiking opportunities. The cabin has throughout good standards.
