The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

The house is great, especially the bbq area. We were 6 adults, 3 kids, and one dog. Inside was clean and tidy. As a disadvantage I can say that one bed in the one bedroom which is too small for two people and it would be possible to put a bigger one. Also that there is one toilet and the lack of a dishwasher causes inconvenience. The host was very helpful and responded quickly!

Lovely apartment close to the sea. The apartment was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our vacation every day. Our backyard had such a beautiful Mediterranean sea. The water was crystal clear. Close to the apartment there were shops, restaurants and cafes. The people were friendly. We'll come back to this place again.

Everything was great, very calm and relaxing stay

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Thanks also to Mama Elena for the delicious cake. Everything you need is available in the apartment. But the hit is the view from the balcony/terrace. We never used the TV because the view fascinated us so much. The location of the apartment is also great, you can reach the bakery, the village square and the local supermarkets within a short time. There was an advertising slogan that said, "In the middle of it instead of just being there." That's pretty good. By car you can also get to Nikiti quickly, the location of the village of Agios Nikolaos is convenient as a starting point for excursions to the east and west sides of Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos and of course to the hinterland of Halkidikki. There was good parking near the apartment. It was a great relaxing holiday all around. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very private and enjoyable for the family vacation. Great beach, lots to do: water-sport, snorkeling, swimming. The house was clean and very comfortable, had even two air conditioning devices. The downstairs bedrooms are naturally cooler.

We had a really good week in the Apartment from Nikos and Eleni. We found everything as described with lots of space, a very well equipped kitchen (which we only needed to prepare breakfast as there are so many nice Restaurants in very close walking distance) and a wonderful sea view from living room window and balcony. Contact to the owners was very easy and direct. Eleni was even waiting in front of the Apartment to welcome us. We would ask Nikos and Eleni first if there is a open slot if our next holiday brings us to Afytos once again.

We stayed at Eleni’s place for 4 days. Eleni was a wonderful host, she welcomed us to the place and was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The place is right by the sea, private and very relaxing.

I was in Sykia for a week and enjoyed the accommodation very much! It is centrally located in the small town of Sykia, not far from the sea and wonderful nature. The small apartment was as described and sufficiently large. Nikos and his mother are very friendly and everything went smoothly. I'd love to come back!

Lovely place off the beaten track but close enough if you have a car

Dimitris' apartment is a plesant one and provided with all the essential things you need for a relaxing stay. Very appreciated the balcony shaded by a patio covered with a vine piant. Above all, the strong point of the apartment is Dimitris himself who is always, promptly and proactively, avalaible to support youself for any need you may have.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. We had a wonderful time in Chalkidiki! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Especially the terrace with the view of the sea was a dream and a real highlight of our stay. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing, but still perfect for reaching the most beautiful beaches and places in the area. There are also some great taverns nearby. Athanasios was a great host – very warm, helpful and always available. Check-in went smoothly, and we felt welcome right from the start. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend both the accommodation and Athanasios!
