We had a nice week at the accommodation with our one-year-old son. The large balcony is wonderful and everything else was fine. However, you should be traveling by car to reach the beaches of the area.

Cecilia's apartment is brand new, with attention to detail with useful accessories for a long stay. I appreciated the fact that it is close to the center and the Sarzana station and that with closed windows it is still well soundproofed. Extremely clean linens. Thank you Cecilia

A lovely large apartment just outside of the city. A very peaceful location, yet central enough to explore the region. The apartment was spotless, modern and very well maintained. We shall definitely book here again when we come back to the area.

First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

We had a great time in Barga! The accommodation is very centrally located in Barga with many great restaurants nearby, that was great! Eleonora was always easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment is stylish and beautifully furnished. Glad to come back :)

Wonderful apartment in a great location, would definitely recommend and stay again on our next visit to Sarzana

Great apartment. It is a few blocks from the train station and a few blocks from the pedestrian areas of the downtown area so it was easy to get around walking. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen was well furnished with what I needed to make simple meals. When I arrived the host had wine and cold water to welcome me. I recommend this apartment and will stay here next time I am in La Spezia.

on the way to the ferry to Livorno, we stayed with Stefano for three nights. Stefano explained everything to us very accurately and was always available for questions. Everything was very neat and meticulously arranged in the apartment, not optimal for guests with children. Chevk in and check out went smoothly.

Giulia is an impeccable host. Very helpful and full of advice. Her home is extremely welcoming. It has an outdoor environment where you can eat and cook. The services fully meet the needs of two couples. Everything is very comfortable. There are two supermarkets nearby. With bus no. 3 or by train you can easily reach the central station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre.

We cannot say enough goods things about Gabriele 's apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures I think. Everything was spotless and Gabriele was very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. You could not ask for a better location in Lucca. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this is right at the top of our list. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Welcoming, explanations, advice and availability as old friends. We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but the accommodation and location alone are worth the vacation. this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

This place is a dream. Luciano is a fabulous host. Friendly and very helpful. Fully remodeled for being inside ancient think wall structure. Location is a historian’s dream. Shutters over all windows really close out the sound at night. New modern kitchen fully stocked. Great location with bedroom French door style windows opening to overlook the Anfiteatro. We spent most evenings sitting there with a glass of wine. Great restaurants there too. Had great meals at Old Charlie’s restaurant a number of times. Supermarket 5 min walk. Great local shopping, many piazzas with outdoor cafes. Train station about 15 minutes walk. 1.5 hour ride on train to Firenze, 30 minutes to Pisa, 2 hours by bus to Siena. Lucca is cooler than Firenze with a nice breeze in the afternoon. I am a painter so this is a great location. If the flight from California was not so long, I would come back every year. We Love it here and love Luciano.

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

We spent 5 nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7min drive (free parking) to get to the spezia central station then 15 min by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave otherwise it is very well-equipped. i thank Assunta and her son for this beautiful stay.

This place was amazing! We had the best relaxed holiday at Nicola’s apartment. Everything was perfect. Absolutely everything you would need was provided and the plunge pool , upstairs kitchen on the fantastic roof terrace was just brilliant. We spent 3 relaxing days there popping in and out of the pool. Nicola was an amazing host, he checked in to see how we were doing, gave us recommendations of restaurants in the area. He went above and beyond by picking us up at the station on arrival and taking us back at the end of our holiday. The apartment is exactly as the photos show however better with high quality furnishings and comfortable bed. Nicola has thought of everything to make your stay a home from home with extras like the pool. Thank you for a brilliant stay . We will be back.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
